6,2 Good
Pros: Very spacious rooms with refrigerator (helpful for storing pumped breast milk), helpful staff when we arrived at 4am, and easy checkout process.
Cons: For some reason, we had tiny pillows on our bed (like half or a third the size of a normal pillow, and there were four of them only on a king size bed). Also the free hot breakfast bar was pretty terrible.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean hotel, good location, and friendly staff.
7,9 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: The housekeeping staff took our dessert pizza box that was full and we had put with our other bags to save, but left our empty boxes that should have been thrown away. When we called to complain and get reimbursed they gave us the run around. We had to call three times to try to talk to a manager and then still got the run around. Disappointed.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Everything comfortable
Cons: Missed not having a refrigerator
9,6 Excellent
Pros: We loved the comfort and cleanliness of the room. It was a very nice and quiet atmosphere, even with ball tournaments going on and several youth staying there. We had a refrigerator in our room which is always a plus.
Cons: The only thing that we didn't like was the curtains in our room. You could close the sheers together but not the main curtains. It let a lot of light in the room and was disturbing our sleep. It didn't matter if it was daytime or nighttime.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The pool, the weight room, the outdoor patio, & overall rhe personnel were courteous.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Convenient location off the highway. Staff was great and breakfast was hot and fresh.
Cons: The refrigerator was set next to the corner of the bed making exiting from that side impossible
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The bed!
Cons: The pool wasn’t open longer
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Food was great, attendant was very nice! Loved the hot tub! The beds were very comfortable. Terrific stay!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Location was great and hotel was clean.
Cons: I was surprised our room didn’t come with a fridge. We were told they were only included in rooms with two queens. Couples or individuals wouldn’t want to keep drinks or food cold? Sometimes medications need to be refrigerated. This practice makes no sense. Fortunately, the staff was responsive and brought a mini fridge to our room and I was able to keep some medication refrigerated.
7,1 Good
Pros: Location appeared to be very good. I did like that right off of the elevator there was a viewing screen that we were able to use to give us ideas as to how to spend our evening while in town. The staff was very friendly.
Cons: We are Hilton Honor members, and because we used booking.com to plan out our stays in the different towns, we were not able to get our member points for the 5 different nights that we stayed in a Hampton or Holiday Inn. This was a little upsetting.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was excellent!! Room was perfect for 2 adults and child-very spacious!

1,0 Poor
Pros: Where the hotel was located was very nice
Cons: My husband and I went for his 30th birthday and it was a nightmare. We had to change rooms 5 times the first day because there were issues with every room. Still waiting on our comp night that management promised
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Bed was very comfortable. Beds were arranged well in the handicapped room. Occupancy appeared to be low, so the area was very quiet. Staff allowed a later checkout, which was appreciated.
Cons: The entrance was awkward and not handicap friendly. My friend had to walk down a ramp outside. I also had to use the ramp to bring the luggage in and out. Sheets were a bit scratchy, and some of the towels were stained. Also a long walk to the room for someone walking with a walker, however staff did offer use of a wheelchair. Also, the lighting in the room was poor.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Convenient location.
Cons: Water in sink not flowing. Poor shower. Bed very poor.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The beds were really nice and the room very clean
3,8 Mediocre
Pros: The gated community.
Cons: The checkin/checkout, the front of the house staff was not knowledgeable and did not inform us upon check in that there was going to be a fire alarm test prior to 9am the next morning... How do you forget to inform guests of that?? We didn't even check in until around 7pm the evening before so you'd think it would be on their minds the fire alarms were going to be going off the next morning. Upon checkout no one was at the hotel's desk, in fact no one was there our entire stay. Upon check out I had to call the reception area of the Glenmoor to have them send someone over, there were others waiting too, to check in. There was a sign posted there saying the clerk was away and would be back soon but no one ever came or manned the station?? The room was dated, the bathroom had cobwebs and I found a Bobby pin on the floor, in a visible location, that wasn't ours so had questions about the cleanliness of the entire room. The receptionist said that the one restaurant was very formal, meanwhile online it says "smart casual" - we were dressed business casual upon our arrival, she was making it sound as if we needed black ties and evening gowns... No wonder no one was dining there, we saw one party of about five the whole time we were there and they're supposed to be open for lunch and dinner. We would have dined there but were put off by the receptionist's comment so we chose to spend our money elsewhere. In general, it was a very unsettling stay, the vibe in the resort was that of unrest. We could not relax, it was very eerie.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful setting on a Nicklaus golf course.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent customer service. Will return definitely. The hotel and the environment was beautiful .
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Generous portions at the Loch with pleasant and friendly staff everywhere.
Cons: All outlets except vanity in use. Difficult to recharge personal devices. A low light near outdoor smokers benches would be not only nice but a safety plus.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: I saw three different women at the desk overall and each one of them was very nice. The one in the evening mentioned there was a lounge and it was exactly what I wanted. A nice glass of wine after a long day! I wouldn't have known had she not mentioned it, so I was grateful.
Cons: The lounge was very nice, but the bar server was very unfriendly, to the point of rude. She never greeted me, so when she was pouring a glass of wine for someone two stools away, I leaned over to ask about the wines. She talked in a very clipped tone, like I was bothering her. (And no, she wasn't terribly busy). Another question I had later went the same way. When I was done with my one glass, I asked for my check (she never asked if I would like another, so I got the impression, again, that since I was by myself, she didn't want to bother with me). She gave me the book and I put a $20 bill in it. When she returned, she opened it up, sighed, and said "We don't do cash here" as if I clearly didn't belong there if I didn't know. I didn't have any change and if she had done her job - be friendly, and act like she liked her job - I'd told her to keep the change. But I was now aggravated and insulted, so told her to charge my room and left. First time ever I walked into a bar happy, and left peeved. She also lost a good tip I give to those who deserve it. It was my only bad experience there. At such a lovely place, they should have a lovely, sweet, server.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Room was very spacious and overall the hotel was very nice and unique.
Cons: The beds were a little worn out and could stand to be updated or replaced.
7,1 Good
Pros: The grounds and building were nice, staff was pleasant. Room was clean.
Cons: The couple in the room next door belonged to the country club attached to the Inn. They got home at 2:30am and proceeded to scream at each other till 6am . Sounded like they were in the room with us. The room was dated, beds were very uncomfortable.

9,2 Excellent
Pros: Front desk is very professional in all sources especially manners and skills to draw in more customer in to facility. Room in general is great, bed is clean and comfortable.
Cons: Carpet is very dirty probably from “pet friendly” and need shampoo. Place my one year old crawled around on the bedroom floor, 10 minutes late his knees and feet turn black from the dirty carpet.
7,5 Good
Pros: Bed and pillows were great!
Cons: All was good.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: All of the employees were very friendly and professional!!!
Cons: The only complaint, which is very small, is that the water in the workout room had run out by the end of our first day there and it was never replaced.
7,9 Good
Pros: At check in the lady was very friendly. Appreciated the variety of yogurts. The outdoor pool was clean. Close to our destination! Clean sheets and towels.
Cons: The hotel had a smell... the lobby and our rooms.... The air conditioner didn't seem to cool the room down very fast. The chair in our room has seen better days.
7,0 Good
Pros: The reception. The price included a breakfast and parking.
Cons: The parking: Room key did not open security door in the rear; it was pouring down cold rain. Install awning! Maybe, $---/door! Breakfast arrangement is crowded because of use of tight corner. Make an Island buffet and put tables in the corners!
7,0 Good
Pros: Cleanliness Big room
Cons: Breakfast
5,4 Okay
Pros: ended too early for a sunday morning. didn't have any
Cons: carpet and bathroom were old and not clean. bed too soft. Vanity and toilet way too low down

Cons: Everything is good.
7,5 Good
Pros: The motel and staff were clean and professional. The were having issues with the room next to mine....oder.
7,1 Good
Pros: The room was large and very clean. Only 4 mile drive from Pro Football Hall of Fame and restaurants a plenty. We chose to eat at Mission BBQ highly recommend you have a meal there! 90% of the staff we came in contact was fabulous.
Cons: Morning desk clerk was extremely rude to other staff and hotel guests when the fact that there was no coffee available at breakfast. It is none of a guests business that she isn’t the breakfast person and the few other choice words she had! That right there will be why we will never go back to that particular hotel!

7,1 Good
Pros: The room was nice sized
Cons: The people above us ran all night I had 10 girls and kept them quiet, all suites should not on the 1st floor for 160.00 my girls should have been able to have a little more fun like the people above us, but i tried my best to keep the noise level down so there wouldn't be any complaints.
1,0 Poor
Pros: It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. My friend ended up in minute clinic on our vacation as she contacted something from hotel.
Cons: Again worst hotel. Linens had blood on them and holes. The hotel itself was filthy and staff was not helpful or friendly.
7,5 Good
Pros: Very convenient to everything. The room was cleans and cozy. I enjoyed having a kitchen that was stocked. The kids enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed the laundry service. Wish I could've stayed longer.
Cons: The hallways could've been swept more frequently. Also some of the room doors were scuffed and could've used a new coat of paint. The carpet in the elevator needs replaced as well.
6,7 Good
Pros: I have previously stayed at this hotel and have had a great experience, this stay was a little less pleasurable. Last year we paid cash upon check in, this year I paid for the room in advance through booking.com. When we checked in my card was ran for an additional 106 dollars, however I was never informed they would be doing this and the only reason I knew they did it is because my card declined. We ended up paying in cash, even though we were just told they no longer accept cash payments. They then could not return the cash for the inccidentals they have to put it on a card and I must wait 7-10 buisness days to get money back that i never intended on spending. Needless to say once we got that all taken care of they assign us a room and once we get to said room and opened the door the bed was unmade, dishes in sink and trash from previous guests. They gave us a clean room but there was not an apology. Very nice hotal and have not had any complaints until this year

Cons: Dirty knife in the drawer. Room smelled musty. Tub didn't drain properly.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Me and my family enjoyed the room, pool, and breakfast. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The price was a real good value. Atmosphere was pleasant. We would definitely stay here again. We will also recommend this property to our friends.
Cons: The only thing that I didn't like was that the hot tub was out of order. Me and my wife were really looking forward to getting in it. Other than that everything was perfect in our opinions. Next time we stay hopefully the hot tub will be operational.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: the Room!
Cons: We had to wait when checking out for 15 minutes and then the front person went to talk to someone in the office and we had to wait another minute to obtain our printed receipt. Checking in was not like this, the staff was very helpful and attentive
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable room and bed, with every amenity imaginable, and plenty of lighting in every room . There were a few families with young kids near our room - sound protection was great - we could not hear a peep through the walls. Staff was responsive and friendly. Carpet cleaning service worked through the weekend and we were not disrupted at all - carpet in our room was cleaned while we were out for the day. Breakfast had a great selection of items to eat - food containers were kept filled and food was warm.
Cons: One of the plates in our cupboard had food left on it from a previous visitor (plate it was hidden in a stack of clean plates, So it was not surprising that housekeeping had missed it). There was no dishwashing soap in the room so we couldn’t run the dishwasher . I took a blanket out of the zipped bag on the closet shelf - it had a couple clumps of hair and some stuck small food particles on it. The Food particles looked like orange Cheetos. I couldn’t tell if the blanket hadn’t been washed or it had been through the wash and these things were still clinging to the blanket - in either case, was not pleasant . Aside from this we loved our room and everything else was well beyond satisfactory !!
8,3 Excellent
Cons: We picked a hotel that had a hot tub. When we got there we were told "It was filled in with concrete two days ago.We need to update the website." I thought it was a belated April Fools joke. But sure enough, it had been See photo. Disappointing, no discount. They said it was on Booking.comto have passed on the information. But the room was clean and breakfast was great! And the picture is pretty funny.
5,8 Okay
Cons: fan noise too load surges, room smelled moldy

Pros: The bed was super soft and comfy the shower was super clean and the coffee in the rooms was delicious.
Cons: They could give something else than just a bag of popcorn for guest that pay $150 a night too stay. The breakfast area hardly anything left and it was a little messy

Pros: Front desk folks were very friendly. Room was quiet and bed/pillows very comfortable.
Cons: Hotel itself had definitely seen better days. Stains on curtains, furniture with many dings, elevator working fine but very beat up. Even saying all of this the room itself was clean
10,0 Excellent
Pros: friendly employees cleanliness and beds were very comfy
Cons: nothing
6,0 Good
Pros: security
Cons: had to pay to park...very out dated hotel...needs a major facelift
5,8 Okay
Pros: staff was super nice and helpful
Cons: The downstairs was beautiful just like pictures. The rooms smelled musty and the hallways were old with broken lights. Needs updated. Reminded me of a motel.
7,9 Good
Pros: This hotel gets a bad wrap from some yes it's a bit dated but for the price it's worth it. Friendly staff and great location.
3,3 Mediocre
Pros: Breakfast was poor.
Cons: Rooms dirty and hotel in poor condition.
7,9 Good
Pros: The property was in good shape for it's age and with a little TLC would be an incredible location for both business and pleasure. Loved the old look and feel.
Cons: I have to be honest, the breakfast was a bit lacking but understandable based on the low volume of individuals. The biggest issues I had was NO parking. Feeding the meters was a pain and using public parking that you have to pay ever in and out was not convenient. If the hotel could make arrangements with the parking structure across the street for a set all day price that would be awesome.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Location is great.
Cons: Rooms require updating as there was holes in the curtains, the sink was cracked, and the water dripped in the bathtub.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Always love staying at McKinley Grand.
Cons: Wish our room had had a fridge.
2,0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing except the price. Not an accurate star rating.
Cons: This was in no way a 3.5 star. Normally your star rating is fairly accurate.. Hotel is in desperate need of remodeling. All the wallpaper in our room was peeling off, lots of mold. Carpet all bunched up, tripping hazard. Bed was worn.
5,0 Okay
Pros: There was hardly anyone at the hotel
Cons: When I went to check in the lady was on her cell phone handling a personal matter so waited 5 minutes. The hotel is very outdated. I was told I could park at parking meters around hotel at no charge...next morning had a ticket on my window.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The aesthetics of the hotel were beautiful, and the food was delicious.

Pros: The location was great for the itinerary we had planned out. Loved the fact that there were so many restaurants to choose from and so many thing to do.
Cons: Our refrigerator in our room was not working properly due to the fact that they had an event the week before. We found out that the previous guests were pouring water into the refrigerators to make them colder. We were told that we would have a refrigerator that worked the next day and we didn't. Other than that, our stay was good.

Pros: Close location to food and shopping.
Cons: First room provided was not cleaned or someone already staying in that room. Could not tell. 2nd room smelled of smoke.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Close to alot of stores to shop at and places to eat at. Especially Books A Million bookstore, and Romeo's pizza. Not too far from the Pro Football Hall Of Fame.
Cons: The bathroom shower had seperate handles for cold and hot water. It took awhile to get use to that.
2,5 Mediocre
Pros: Absolutely nothing.
Cons: This was the worst place that I have ever stayed at. I couldn't even take a shower because the nozzle for the hot water was broken off. There was moldy pretzels on the chair. The sink nozzle was extremely wobbly. We couldn't lock our door because the deadbolt was broken. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I mentioned everything wrong to the staff and they did not seem to care.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Front desk was really helpful!
7,9 Good
Pros: The price and location is fantastic. Also the staff especially Nicole. She's definitely the right person for that location. Very friendly & resourceful.
Cons: The bed is a king size but it is definitely worn out . it has a big dip on the right side. I havent contacted mgmt but I will definitely let them know.

Pros: I like nothing about that place...it was not clean!!!!!!!!!!!!$
Cons: Everything!!!!!÷
5,0 Okay
Pros: The fridge was a decent size Convenient parking at the room door Location was pretty handy Price
Cons: Very dark room, not good lighting. Hard to read a book for example. Stains on toilet seat and shower The floor was sticky and gross and when I walked on it barefoot my feet were black within seconds from it. The windowsill is full of dead moths and fly’s The curtain has holes The furniture is really worn The room smells sooooo bad. It hits you as soon as you walk in from the fresh air outside. Lumpy pillows Screaming Neighbour throughout the whole night Wifi kept cutting out. Room not always cleaned, and when it was it was generally just taking the bin out and folding the towel and that’s it. Floor wasn’t slept or bed made for the near 2 weeks I was there (there was 2 times I did leave the DND sign on the day all day though) Burn holes in the blanket on bed But by far the worst thing ever was the bed bugs!! Next time I’d spend the extra $100 for 2 weeks and go to somewhere different.

Pros: Maintenance staff is great!!!
Cons: There was a dirty knife in a chair that stabbed me when I sat down. When brought to the attention of the management they were indifferent and were not helpful. I asked for the owners information and the Manager said they didn't have a owner. I asked for the contact info of the company listed as the owner and he refused. So beware!!!

Pros: Nothing
Cons: First room was filthy, move to a second room. The sheets had hair and debris on them, couldn't get clean sheets so moved to a third room. Burn holes on those sheets but at that point the manager said he wasn't dealing with it anymore we either take it or get our money back, well there were no other hotels with availability, we called around it was state football playoffs everyone was booked. We got up the next morning sitting there watching TV and the bed decides to break. Not a good experience at all. You should remove them from your site. We weren't the only people to have issues either!

Pros: Location was excellent. Although close to great nightlife it was quiet. Staff was friendly. Price was very reasonable.
Cons: There was a little mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The bathtub drain was slow so water backed up when taking a shower. Carpet needed serious cleaning.

Cons: Burn holes in bedding, bathroom door and carpet poor condition
2,9 Mediocre
Pros: Not a thing. It was conveniently located, I guess, but so were 10 other places that could not have been worse.
Cons: Filthy. Smelled horrible. Non-smoking facility reeked of cigarette smoke and stale filth, sheets and blankets had burn holes, black mold all over the bathroom, torn up tile. Simply filthy. The place should be torched for insurance.
2,5 Mediocre
Pros: Absolutely nothing
Cons: The floors were so weak and flimsy they sponged under your feet the chair about fell apart on you when you sat in it the bathroom faucet you could barely turn on because it was missing the filter so it sprayed so badly everything including you got drenched they are raining it a 2.5 it is really an absolute 00000000000
