It’s a beautiful and quieter resort. Great for families! We like the location as well, a short bus ride to Market 28 (Downtown Cancun), and we took a little walk in the park across the street. We had all inclusive package and really enjoyed it... the food is great! The staffs are friendly and helpful! We will stay here again next time we come to Cancun!
Excellent location to visit the city of Cancun and also to reach the beaches and touristic places. The food is good, and the pool has a great family ambient. The staff very friendly.
At the beginning there is not signs to get around until one is acquainted with the place.
THE ROOM is big enough for the family
FOOD：not fresh，little choice
Room was great! Ocean front very convenient and beautiful. Nice tennis court. The pool was wonderful!
No service without the tip. And some staff had the nerve to say so... Beach was full of algae..limited place to swim however the water was calm and I was comfortable to let the kids swim without me holding their hands. No entertainment whatsoever
It was a very quiet resort. We loved our room - it was spacious and the location was ideal (right next to the restaurant, pool, and beach). Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. We liked that there were two pools, one of which was a bit more kid friendly. Pools were never packed. The beach was also quiet and we were never pushed to do a timeshare or buy anything from the few sellers walking along the beach every now and then. The seawater was calm - no waves.
We were traveling Thursday to Monday, and weren't aware when we booked that we may have to switch rooms on Saturday as their timeshares start then. Sure enough, we had to switch. They did offer us a room at the very far end of the resort with a different view than we booked but we wouldn't have had to switch. Check-out was at 11, and they try to make sure you can check-in to your next room by 11:30, but that wasn't the case with us. You also have to be present during check-out/in. It felt like we wasted a good part of our day repacking and waiting for the bellboy to come (only came at noon), and for the switch and unpacking again. It was also harder to do as we had an infant and a toddler who nap from 11-2 and we were without a room. Some of the staff at the restaurants weren't friendly or very accommodating. You can either do the buffet or order from a menu. Most servers pretended there was no menu. It seems like they really did not want us to order from the menu. Room service and any orders took awhile to fulfill. Also, dishes never came as described. For instance the fruit platter was supposed to come with lime sorbet or yogurt/cottage cheese and granola and it never came with anything but fruit. We ordered cereal which was supposed to come with a banana and it didn't nor was there any replacement. And many more instances like this. It can get tiring eating at only two restaurants, especially when they typically serve the same food daily. I thought the point of an all-inclusive resort was that everything was included, but we had to be careful as certain items, especially at the restaurants, are not included and once again not every server would tell us. It was annoying to walk around constantly asking "Is this included?". The water at the beach was super shallow and was filled with a lot of seaweed. Near the seating, the sand was a bit dirty with litter.
