Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's location, especially its proximity to the ferry port and Isla Mujeres, making it a convenient choice for travelers. However, there are frequent complaints about uncomfortable beds, lack of breakfast options, and some issues with cleanliness and service. While some staff are described as friendly, others are seen as dismissive. The hotel is considered basic but practical for short stays, with good value for the price and easy access to local attractions.
