I don't think it was the Budget office's fault where I was picking up the car. The office improvised with a GMC truck that was available and gave it to us to rent. I had to wait about 35 minutes for the pickup and that made my timeline really tight.Reviewed Sep 18 2022

Dealer unavailable at the last minuteCons:We had a very inconvenient time. we rented to the car in advance and we got a phone call half an hour prior from picking it up stating that they did not have the car available for us. The only car available was an hour away and $100 more per day than the selected one.
