The employees exceeded my expectations! Did you know you can reserve a carseat with them as well? Anyway, while all other companies were booked out due to a music festival happening that weekend, the employee from NY exceeded my expectations & made my last minute reservation both smooth & seamless! Pros:The staff wasn't overly helpful or friendly, although the pick-up and drop-off was very quick and easy.Cons:We're in a pandemic and the vehicle we rented was disgusting. I literally I have a photograph of handmarks streaked across the interior window. The interior of this van was better cleaned by me than by Budget. Upon drop-off I was charged $24 for .5297 gallon of gas - interesting that the paperwork I have in my hand indicates that the refueling cost is $9.99 per gallon, so I question their calculation.Reviewed Apr 6 2021
