When I arrived at the airport with my reservation I had to wait over 45 minutes for a vehicle, I was given a huge SUV with 60,000 miles on it with expired license plates and several things wrong with it, the engine light was on, change oil soon, navigation system not working and did I mention it had over 60,000 miles and the windows were filthy dirty. I had to return the car after 48 hours which meant I had to drive over 100 miles. I was told I wouldn’t be charged for the gas for my inconvenience and then it was on my bill, all in all a pretty bad experience other than the people behind the counter at GRR trying to be as helpful as possible.Reviewed Sep 22 2022

Overall it was an excellent experience. The only thing that could have been better was that the wind shield had a strange sap or something that we could not get off with the wipers. Also the tire sensor was going off for the front right wheel. We think it was a sensor error because the psi levels would go up while we were driving. Pick up and drop off were seamless- the staff was nice and professional. Overall a great experience.Reviewed Sep 14 2022
