Hard to findPros:Associate was friendly and helpful.Cons:I wanted to extend the rental for a week and was told that it would be $900 (for a midsize car). Took my business elsewhere for less than $200. This caused me an unnecessary 90 minute round trip and cost Budget a week’s rental fee. Also, the rental location in Fredericksburg is not well described; it’s buried in Sears Auto Center.Reviewed Aug 5 2018

Worked fine for mePros:We arrived by train for a tour of the area and departure to Dulles. Took Lyft to the office, Found the office in the nick of time (called ahead) the manager took us to the car and explained how it worked. The car gave us no problems. Car not available for hoursPros:Good customer service, car clean and in great condition, easy drop-off, got a discount for the poor pickup timing.Cons:Reserved a car online for a morning pickup time, and arrived at the rental office to hear that no car would be available for several hours. they explained it was an interface issue between the website and their actual reservation system, so that the website allowed me to reserve a car that did not exist. Luckily, I had a little flex time in my schedule, but was disappointed.Reviewed Nov 1 2016
