Pleasant on the drop-off
Pros: The location was pretty easy to find near the Frederick Airport and was relatively convenient to our hotel and the downtown. The staff was helpful and pleasant.
Cons: No complaints other than having a restroom for customers would be a big plus.

Cons: The insurance offered by third party was a rip-off and didn't know until I got to the rental office and found out I needed to purchase the collision from Budget to feel secure about the situation.

Courteous service and got me on the road quick
Pros: Everything was as expected, and the price was great. I just needed a car to get from Frederick to the airport in Washington, so one way trip. Was the cheapest way. The car was clean and drove fine.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: The car they attempted to give me had a large scratch on the side and the front right fender was damaged. I was going on a long road trip and the car did not have a spare tire. I asked to upgrade and I was told that he didn't have anything else aviable.... The lot was full of over cars... Never again will I waste time with budget.
