Pros: A great comfy and clean upscale place.
7,5 Good
Pros: The staff were amazing Good location. Big rooms If staying a while we’ll equipped
Cons: No room safe The air con in my room didn’t work The pillows were old and not comfy Biggest dislike was the obvious food on carpet in bedroom by bed and kitchen Noise from the air con in room was so loud (222) Sadly I wouldn’t come back
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean hotel with nice swimming pool and jacuzzi. Complimentary popcorn was a huge hit with our son - thanks!
Cons: Breakfast was mediocre. Hotel should invest in a second waffle machine and second waffle dispenser. The line was always too long for a hungry six year old.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The shower is amazing! We over all loved the room!
Cons: The light bulb was out above the dinning room table.

Pros: Location was perfect and central to a lot of local businesses and eateries
Cons: We booked a King Suite. I am 99% certain that the room we were placed in was a Queen Suite. Bed was comfortable but seemingly smaller than we expected. In addition, I asked to be placed away from the elevator because we had our dog. We were placed right behind the elevator. Also, pet fee seems a bit hefty. Our dog is cleaner than we are most times. There should be a nominal fee and then a caveat to charge additional, if necessary.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: All over cleanliness and proximity to the highway. Loved the kitchenette!
Cons: N/A
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice breakfast--a good variety of choices. Also, the eating area was spacious. Staff was friendly.
7,9 Good
Pros: Clean, spacious, friendly staff
Cons: Hard beds. No pull through to unload luggage and of course it was pouring rain when we arrived with my elderly grandmother. Too bad because besides the hard beds and pull up, it was a 10 out of 10.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room is nice and well equipped. The lobby is very spacious. They have a nice picnic area at the back. I also likes the indoor swimming pool and the exercise room. I would definitely come back here.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: The pool area

Pros: It was clean, friendly staff and comfortable updated rooms. Nice pool and awesome breakfast.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice location and very nice hotel, especially the shower. Staff was exceptional and exceptionally friendly.
Cons: The room description on the internet said room had a sofa but it did not have one. Also, hotel description said they had a "NO PET" policy. However, a guest was seen entering the side door with a dog. Will not stay at this motel again.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: My mother and I were in town to visit with and elderly and unwell family member. Accommodations at your hotel were perfectly suited for this occasion. The entire staff were friendly and helpful. I would like to make a special note stating that Alan, the maintenance person, was especially kind and compassionate. Firstly, noticing that my elderly mother was about to walk down a recently mopped floor, he quickly walked over, offered his sturdy arm for support and escorted her so that she did not fall. It was so kind and helpful. He checked in on us a few times to ensure that we had all we needed. Additionally, Bill at the front desk made us feel very welcome after a long and emotional day. We decided to eat our dinner in the lobby, in front of the fireplace. He was very helpful and friendly. The staff at this particular hotel were wonderful. We thank you.
Cons: My mother and I cannot eat gluten. We would like to suggest the addition of perhaps some gluten free breakfast choices. For example, gf cereal and gf bread. Otherwise, breakfast was sufficient.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast omelet was good compared to most. Like the Bigelow teas.
Cons: Plastic utensils at breakfast kept breaking. Too much plastic waste. Not environmentally friendly. The water smelled moldy. I would not drink it.
2,0 Mediocre
Pros: The breakfast was good but you had to wait for the eggs for about 5 min. The coffee was excellent. We got no maid service.
Cons: Fresh towels
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, great location
Cons: AC broke-told the staff but nobody came to look at it, stayed 3 days and received no maid service
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We just had coffee but the everything looked good.
Cons: Nothing
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Close to downtown Frederick. Free breakfast.
Cons: Water was not warm enough. We could only take a luke warm shower.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Hotel was quiet, comfortable bed and clean, seemed as though a chair, usually in the corner was removed for some reason. Did not ask why.a
Cons: A arm chair or similar in the room besides just a desk chair would have been nice.a
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location. Friendly staff. Good housekeeper.
Cons: The breakfast offered is uninspiring. The food is all right and the setting is comfortable, but it is a dreary experience. Most days, on the hot buffet, the sign said that there was bacon, but only once was it bacon. I would like better fresh bruit.

Pros: Great
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We stay here every year on our way down South, it’s a great “pit stop”, in a nice location, with shopping and good eats all around you
4,2 Okay
Cons: I reserved a king room and then got to my room to see they gave me what they call two queen beds but are more like 2 full. Went to the front to find out they over booked the king rooms and said that they couldn’t do anything about it no kind of compensation or refund. And on top of that some sort of siren went off in the middle of the night and the elevator wasn’t seeming to be working in the morning. For what I paid I won’t be staying here again!
9,0 Excellent
Pros: It was spacious.
Cons: They did not provide enough toilet paper and towels.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and the staff was great.

Cons: Front desk tried to put us in a room type that did not match what I booked. I had to call down once at the room, where I was told ‘ we don’t put suites on booking.com’ and a laugh. Of course - I did in fact book a jr suite on the booking.com site. We eventually receynew room keys and a new room.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The desk clerk who signed us in was exceptionally helpful and polite. She noticed that my mother was elderly and used a cane and offered to change our room to something more accessible. I appreciated that she was so attentive. The waitress who served us dinner was also lovely and helpful.
Cons: The drains in the bathtub and sink were a little slow to empty.

Pros: The room was clean, wifi was very good, and the coffee at breakfast was good. The free and fresh cookies were also very good.
Cons: This was not a typical Fairfield Inn & Suites, which we like and seek out. The room was small. The bed was hard and very uncomfortable. The vanity area was dark and not well lit at all. We think it had been a different hotel and was changed to Fairfield.

Cons: After I booked the hotel through booking it said that my total was $154.92. Which that is all the room was supposed to be. After checking in and checking my bank account I noticed that I was charged $180 instead of $154.92. I then asked the lady at the front desk why it was that much and she said it was a safety deposit encase something would break it would cover it and that the $30 should be refunded within 7 days. I just wish that they would have told me that when initially checked into the hotel.

Pros: Convenient access to highway and close to restaurants.
3,8 Mediocre
Pros: I liked the ease of check in and check out. That’s it
Cons: The cafe in the hotel was subpar and they need to rotate their inventory to discard spoiled items. Also the cleaning staff did not spruce up the room after our first night. They informed the front desk that they had done the room when we inquired. Upon entering the room after our activities of the day, you could clearly tell that was not truthful. We asked that the room be done while we were at dinner.

Pros: The lady making the eggs ,sausage etc in breakfast room really did a great job refilling everything.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast and clean
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The Waffles were good.
Cons: The breakfast foods were just blah and they had no taste, I would rather had a good brand of cereal, breakfast doughnuts, and would loved to have had Sausage & Gravy Biscuits, not those pre-made biscuits, either. In other words, a better choice of breakfast items.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Easy check in and out, staff was friendly. Morning coffee. I could not take part in the breakfast, it smelled really good.
Cons: My room was next to the ice machine and vending area. I had a lot of noise all night long. Ice dropping into the bucket and coins dropping in the vending machine. Heavy traffic area.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: once I found you, location was easy and close to everything I wanted. Facility was clean and well run. Little touches like coffee and ice water, etc. made for a good stay. Great value for the money.
Cons: cut the large pines back at the front parking lot so people don't get pine sap all over their cars.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Allowing pets was the reason we stayed here.
Cons: N/A
8,0 Excellent
Pros: hot breakfast
Cons: no pool
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, quiet, updated. Beds were comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great room. Friendly and professional staff. Convenient location.
6,3 Good
Pros: Location is the primary reason for going to this property. Breakfast is good. Mai tends to the breakfast and does a wonderful job. She is efficient and very pleasant. I look forward to seeing her on every trip.
Cons: Been staying here for years and it has been a good place but going down hill. I requested a second floor room only to be told at check in that I had a 1st floor room. I objected and was given a second floor room. I asked for the rear but was put in the front. I had to move the coffee pot so I could plug it in. The next day the cleaning crew did not clean the pot. There were no shear curtains on the windows so the blackout shades had to be closed. There was a cookout in the rear of the bldg in the parking lot that was being had by a rough looking crowd. We avoided the rear but we had parked our car there. The clientele quality has declined noticeably.
9,0 Excellent
Cons: The bathtub had mold growing in it. Not very pleasant. No other room available.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff very friendly. Beds were nice and comfortable.
Cons: Bathroom was small. There wasn't much room to place toilet articles.
7,0 Good
Pros: Definitely the location.
Cons: Funky smell

9,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean rooms and nice set up.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Location. Right across the road from a huge bunch of restaurants
Cons: Nothing
8,8 Excellent
Pros: I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts. The food was hot, tasty, and plentiful. The variety and freshness was terrific. The housekeeping staff was respectful of "do not disturb" signs and prepared the room nicely each day.
Cons: I didn't like the inability to have towels and bed linens retained during my stay. Many of the hotels and other Comfort Inns have a "towel on the hook/towel on the floor" program. Although I am not completely sure, the bed linens were changed each day of my five day stay--I liked having the bed made, but felt that changing sheets daily was unnecessary. I was surprised the hotel did not have these "green" programs. I am always skeptical of hotel carpeting and its cleanliness--the Comfort Inn Frederick was no exception.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast
10,0 Excellent

7,1 Good
Pros: Staff was good. Everything in the room worked. Convenient parking.
Cons: Cleanliness of our room was poor at best. The bathroom was deplorable. If we had not checked in so late we would have not stayed. Looking closer in the morning I could see the mold and the toilet rim had not seen a brush in a long time. Crusted yuck around the top of the bowl. Tile floors really nasty.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us feel at home in an unfamiliar place.
6,0 Good
Pros: It was on my route, so location was good.
Cons: It was undergoing construction/renovation with very little warning signs or forewarnings by staff.

Cons: Carpets in hallways need to be cleaned. Had to ask for soap and shampoo after room had been cleaned.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Clean, helpful staff, good breakfast, newspaper
Cons: Highway noise was apparent in my room. Restaurant was a pleasant surprise but it was frigid inside. Food was “Ok”.
7,5 Good
Pros: Food and drinks available on site Comfortable bed Friendly staff Free parking
Cons: Location proximity to Highway made it loud from road noise all night. Access in and out of parking lot somewhat difficult. Odor in room was unpleasant. Smelled like a litterbox.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Easy check in and check out. Staff was helpful.
Cons: Breakfast is free for a reason. The bathroom shower didn't drain.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: the breakfast area was amazingly spotless, organized and well stocked. The 2 ladies in charge took great pride in their responsibilities!

Cons: A/C Unit very noisy. Exhaust fan in bathroom covered with gobs of dust. Could cause breathing issues
9,6 Excellent
Pros: This is a well maintained property. The road system around the hotel is confusing.
6,0 Good
Cons: Yes there was a group of people on Friday night 08-09-2019 that was causing trouble and about 12 police officers had to come get the situation under control. Then at 2:30 in the morning they woke me up. A lady was trying to open my room door.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very friendly, breakfast great, clean rooms, comfortable bed, and nice accommodations!
9,7 Excellent
Cons: The streets to get from 279 are a bit confusing but Hampton can't be responsible for that I suppose!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Modern decor, clean, spacious room with a nice view. Quiet rooms. The bed was very comfy. Nice shower and complimentary accessories. Breakfast was good with choices for everyone. During a family reunion, we were able to stay there and meet other out of town relatives. Staff allowed us to have everyone meet in the lobby restaurant seating area at night for a get together. Loved the water flavored with fresh fruit in the lobby and the cookies! Outside deck area and pool were nicely designed. Friendly staff.
Cons: The restaurant in the gazebo, overlooking the small marsh area with birds, has so much potential. It is in a pretty setting, but going inside to look at dinner options, the music was incredibly loud. There were also wall to wall TVs with sports and not much seating area except for the bar. We finally ordered some food and drinks and the server brought it to us outside on the deck. Inside the hotel, rooms were quiet, but unfortunately, located next to a very busy highway, the road noise is unavoidable.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Manager hosted Happy Hour Thursday. Front desk  were very helpful.
Cons: Not a thing. Excellent value.

7,1 Good
Pros: Excellent breakfast, clean property, and convenient location
Cons: $30 for a pet fee was very unfair.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was located conveniently to our interstate. There was a full breakfast with waffles, pastries, and juices and coffee and tea. We hit the road though without breakfast because of a planned stop later. The desk clerk found us another room when the remodeling that was underway at the hotel left our first room with no power.
Cons: We arrived late after a game in Washington DC. The first room we were booked into had been left with circuits off from the remodeling which the hotel is working on. This wasn’t expected and we were tired. (Desk clerk moved us to another room quickly after pre-checking electricity in that room. She even turned on all the lights in the new room for us.)

Pros: Amazing staff, great breakfast very clean!
Cons: The bathroom was super small it looks like they updated the floor and sink area but kept the old tub/shower could use a really good scrub and I’m sure it would be fine but the water pressure wasn’t that great. I pulled as hard as I could to start the shower and water continued to come out of the spigot so the water pressure for the shower was low. Still a great room for a great price.
