Location to restaurants and Frederick Fairgrounds
We paid extra for a pet room. The carpet was FILTHY. They need to use the extra $$ they charge for pets and use it to actually CLEAN THE ROOMS. There were NO towels at all in our room upon arrival.
I paid for the room, $89 and checked my account the next morning and there was and additional charge for $104 from them on my account. When I asked the front desk about it, I was told. I'm not sure why the system did that, but it's just a hold and it will drop off in 2-3 days. I wasn't advised of the possibility of a hold when I checked in. Sooo not cool.. thank God I'm not strapped for cash.
Friendly staff. Coffee available 24/7. Room size decent. Convenient parking.
The toilet seat in the room was loose. Almost fell over. Bath towels smelled of cigarettes even though we were in a non-smoking room.
Had to go the this one because Jacksonville residents were evacuated. The stay was pleasant.
The carpets were old. They appeared stained, dirty. The curtains were old looking.
