It was very difficult to find the office. It turns out it was inside a mall and there is no sign anywhere outside or inside the mall telling you where it is. We had to ask several workers at other shops in the mall - although we weren’t even sure it was even in there! Never had such a frustrating experience trying to rent a car. Once we found the counter everything went smoothly. The woman said they are not permitted to hang signage (!?)Reviewed Oct 28 2022

When I rented the car I told them I wanted to pick it up at the Ashville Airport. When trying to pick up the vehicle I was told that my car was at a different location. I had to get a taxi which I had to pay $55.00 for. Also the car was dirty and the gas tank was not full. I was told that I could not drop the car off at the airport without paying $250.00 fee. Because of My early flight I was forced to dod this. My experiance with Kayak Sucked Big time. I would never use Kayak again.Reviewed Oct 25 2022
