Great beds, location, helpful and welcoming staff. Entrance to bathroom had sharp tacks sticking up, bathroom had sewer small. Did not have room available that we reserved. No adjustment because used 3rd party Kayak.

Pros (+) The room was clean and the hotel was located conveniently off the exit.
Cons (-) There was a dripping sound from outside the window that kept me awake. We had stayed at this same hotel a few years back and noticed the same issue then.

Pros (+) Just the right distance from the downtown and traffic to be a quiet place. Easy in and out to the room from the parking lot and very accomdating and friendly staff.
Cons (-) Lower cost but come on, it’s the the Hyatt in Nashville.
