Overview

Brenham keeps Texas at an easy, small-town pace, the kind of place where bluebonnets sheet the roadsides every spring and the smell of fresh ice cream is never far off. The Best Western Inn of Brenham settles into this corner of Washington County in Brenham, Texas, a short drive from the historic downtown square and the back roads that lead out to Round Top and Washington-on-the-Brazos. Rooms here are comfortable, each with a flat-screen TV, microwave, and refrigerator, and free parking waits just outside the door. Start the day with a free hot breakfast, cool off afterward in the seasonal outdoor pool, then catch up in the business center or run a load through the guest laundry between trips to the antique shops and the Brenham Heritage Museum. Spring is the season people remember, when the paintbrush and bluebonnets put on their show and a camera earns its place in the car. Make this your base and let the wildflower country set the pace.
