The agent in College Station was very friendly and helpful.I would have much preferred Enterprise having someone at the Lexington airport.

After making a reservation through Kayak, I went to the Enterprise site directly and got my 2 day car rental for $12 less than through Kayak.

The staff was friendly when I arrived. However, I could not reached to them via phone when I needed to ask a question. They just do not respond to the phone.I was supposed to pay 32.59 as a total charge at the dropp off. However, the dropoff clerk charged me $42.60 despite the fact that the tank was full. When I talked to her, she said she has done it by mistake and the money will be returned back to me. I still could not get my money back.

No Alamo signsI had to stop and ask an employee where to park because there were not any Alamo signs in the parking lot. I was informed that Alamo was part of the Enterprise/National family of companies. My recommendation is to have signs of all three companies over the parking spots in the return lot at the College Station airport.

Awesome experience!Everything went smoothly! No pushing for car category upgrade, insurance coverage upgrade, etc... Right to the point and super fast! I would highly recommend Hertz at College Station!

car quality was not gooda warning light went on and off twice whIle i was driving, the ignition struggled to turn once, and there was no cruise control. I understand it's a small car, but it wasn't comfortable to drive.
