Location and facilities
No coffee machine in the room (I always moan about this. Why does no one do this ??)
Very central and so near the Charles river so was able to go for a walk over the bridge to MIT. Staff very helpful in this very uncertain time and also a big plus the hotel refunded our last night stay when we chose to change our travel plans due to COVID 19 So helpful in a stressful time thank you would definitely recommend this hotel
I had no issues. I was able to check into my room early after catching a redeye flight, so that helped a lot.
The room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was also nicely updated and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant served fantastic drinks. We also liked the snacks.
While the location was not a terribly long walk to Back Bay, the hotel isn’t super close to anything.
Basic internet is horrible. Beware of sneaky charges. Daily fee is a rip off - there is no real value offered at $30 per day; the benefits are illusory. Room was not fully cleaned, it is disgusting to find a half eaten meal in the mini fridge.
