Pros (+) Location was perfect. Breakfast was good. Comfortable beds.
Cons (-) We purchased a package that included breakfast, but there was confusion on the staffs part as to which place we could eat. Paying $60 for parking when you're paying over $250 for a night is a bit excessive.

Pros (+) Location. Next to wharf to get Codzilla, tour boats of Boston Harbor and islands, and ferries. Restaurants and Aquarium right there. Short walk to Faneuil Hall and North End. Also next to Aquarium subway stop.
Cons (-) Rooms are small and dated. Terrible house wine in bar.

Pros (+) Staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They live customer service here. Natalie Guarino was outstanding! The door man sang Happy Birthday to our granddaughter. We were a family group of five adults and four small children. The experience couldn’t have been better.
Cons (-) There was a bit of updating needed in the rooms, fraying carpet, etc.

Pros (+) Hotel is next to all the boats that cruise the harbor, harbor islands and to to Provincetown - also next to Aquarium, near Faneuil Hall and North End.
Cons (-) Expensive, 'harbor' rooms don't have good view of harbor - they are on the side of the hotel.

Pros (+) Clean, comfortable, GREAT location, excellent amenities, friendly staff, good restaurant and bar. Definitely will be my choice of place to stay when I return to Boston!

Pros (+) Clean room and lots of amenities. Great location and easy access to pretty much anything.
Cons (-) We used point for the room. Cost is pretty high, so if considering cost with other hotels others could be a better value.
