Cons: The sauna only opens at 17h and the lady at the reception didnt tell me that. Its also not convenient that one has to cross the lobby to reach it. Room wasnt ready at 15h. I had to come back twice.

The taste of the coffee was not hot and not very tasty. Even with only few people having breakfast we had to ask for coffee severals times.
All in all the staff was moderate polite but nothing more.
Parking in the hotel is very expansive and the free wifi is only working in slow motion.

Pros: Really really nice place, Rooms very modern. We booked the Superior Deluxe which had plenty of room for a family of five with the sofa bed and an additional baby cot. Really clean place and very quiet in the room which we appreciated a lot. Excellent location with a quick 5 minute walk into the centre of the city - we were there for the Christmas Markets and it was a superb location. Also easy walk to the railway station once you worked out where to go (there was a big construction project across from the station when we stayed - just cross the road and go down the pedestrian path behind that). Breakfast was really good as well. Reception and Restaurant staff were really friendly and helpful. Great place and definitely recommend.

Cons: We were told children could use the pool from 9 till 12 . After getting changed around 10 We were not allowed to get in the pool facility manager as unexpectedly a class was in progress. The kids were disappointed. The hotel misleads clients by advertising free pool but the pool is not really available. The young receptionist at the fitness centre was rude and unprofessional. Very poor service.

Sauna and pool were fantastic, however we were unable to have a drink in the cafe area as it was closed. This was on a saturday afternoon . For a hotel that prides itself in such service, this was not good at all.

Pros: Great hotel, good location, not far from the center, a lot of restaurants, pubs and stores found on the main street just outside the property. Great breakfast. The best staff on reception. They helped me with some information and even to solve a specific issue by making a lot of phone calls, speaking with relevant agencies in German and not letting me go until the issue was solved! Thank you! I will definitely back on my next stay in Bonn!

Pros: The staff - all so friendly and helpful! I'd emailed the hotel prior to my visit to ask a couple of questions, and they replied quickly with helpful info. Beds were so comfortable, and we had a walk in shower - perfect for me as I have some mobility problems. The hotel was so quiet I thought there must be few people staying, got a shock at breakfast when I saw how full it was! Breakfast was the best I've ever had. So much choice, all delicious. You could have a week of breakfasts and eat something different each day. Position of hotel was good, only 5 mins walk from the pedestrian area, lovely shops and places to eat, and of course, Beethoven's house. I'll definitely be back!

Cons: What more do you need than a comfy bed? Arriving at midnight for a next day kick-off meeting all you need is to get a good rest to be 100% when facing the client. Kindly the guy at check-in upgraded me from a twin room to a room with a king size bed. YES! Slept like a king and delivered a fantastic kick-off meeting the next day. Wonderful! Pros: The staff - all so friendly and helpful! I'd emailed the hotel prior to my visit to ask a couple of questions, and they replied quickly with helpful info. Beds were so comfortable, and we had a walk in shower - perfect for me as I have some mobility problems. The hotel was so quiet I thought there must be few people staying, got a shock at breakfast when I saw how full it was! Breakfast was the best I've ever had. So much choice, all delicious. You could have a week of breakfasts and eat something different each day. Position of hotel was good, only 5 mins walk from the pedestrian area, lovely shops and places to eat, and of course, Beethoven's house. I'll definitely be back!

The Rooms are quite, very clean and have a very nice bathroom, with lots of pressure on the shower. The Center of Bonn is easy to reach either by foot or bus or taxi. I would not hesitate to recommend this Hotel for a City break.

Cons: It's a bit dark in the room, overall it's clean but would be great if some corners are better cleaned (for example the gap of heating, floor behind the toilet). Ask we wished, the towels and sheets don't need to be changed, but would be nice to refill the shampoo/bath gel. For 13 Euros Breakfast, a better offer is expected.

Cons: I booked it because it was centrally located and a 4-star hotel...but on arrival, I saw a 3-star hotel. , tired hotel, with zero atmosphere....Everything is ''tired'' and old.... .This might have been acceptable, but it was expensive at 94 Euros and that was WITHOUT BREAKFAST! They wanted to pay extra for that, and then extra for parking... ( Another 38 Euros)....All the woodwork is scrapped and ''distressed''.....I paid extra for a double bed, but got 2 singles pushed together....might as well have just booked a Single bedroom. Its centrally located but close to bus terminus and underpass to access the city centre is full of undesirables and homeless , thus negating any benefit of location.... No , the whole stay was not a nice experience....I asked them to waiver the parking charge as I was dissatisfied, but they couldn't...! Recommend staying anywhere else.

Cons: It’s surprising that there has been no attempt to provide a ramped entrance for luggage; there is a steep flight of stairs up from the roadway. WiFi very patchy, we had to reconnect frequently, which seems odd for what appears to be essentially a business hotel. Lifts creak alarmingly.
