Cons: Staff is quite useless, on overall. Could have done better. Also, we forgot a pair of glasses in the room and never got them back.usually if you forget smt in the room they call you. In this case i emailed them twice (very hard to find their contact info because they are a chain) with no answer and after looking everywhere for a phone number they would answer to, i spoke to a dude and never heard back again. That's the problem with hotel chains: they hire cheap and service is always meh. Also, parking has no elevator.

Cons: There is no outside sitting area it’s closed so you can’t enjoy the view of the river and there is no kettle in the room to prepare coffee or tea there was a died spider on the side table of the bed more over the room I booked didn’t have a bathtub and no view from my room.

Cons: -I booked for 2 adults and 2 kids of 6Y and 11Y ( added an extra bed as well), but finally there are only one big bed and a small bed (as extra bed). I don't understand how hotel & booking can consider kids share same bed with parents. it's a room for 2 persons not for 4. We didn't have a confortable night. -check out should be 12, but system deactivated room card since 11AM, when we came back from breakfast, we were blocked outside. communicated two times to get someone to open room door for us.

Cons: Housekeeping service was completely inadequate yet obtrusive. Not even the bare minimum was done during my 3-night stay. My shower broke down twice and I had to shower in another room. My basin plug was broken and not repaired during the 3 days. Tea and coffee was never refilled. Bed was not made. Bathroom not adequately cleaned.

Cons: Pretty warm rooms. Opening a window is not an option due to the noise of the train station.
The taste of the coffee was not hot and not very tasty. Even with only few people having breakfast we had to ask for coffee severals times.
All in all the staff was moderate polite but nothing more.
Parking in the hotel is very expansive and the free wifi is only working in slow motion.

Cons: Half of the rooms are on the station side, literally overlooking the main platform. The rooms are supposedly soundproofed but you can still hear the trains and announcements with massive long freight trains running all through the night, didn’t sleep well. Also the pillows were awful, lumpy and flat, I asked for a second one but it made little difference!

Cons: There were no rooms available anymore & the hotel only informed upon arrival with the option that I could have a 'living room'which was part of a junior suite. This 'living room' however had no decent bed, so I had to put the mattress on the floor and also no bathroom so I had to use the toilet on the corridor and the shower of the gym which was 3 floors down... I still had to pay a (reduced) rate of 100 Euro for this bad experience which I reluctantly did upon the promise that I would be contacted by the general manager to agree on an alternative arrangement. Never heard a word anymore... I will definitely think twice before ever booking at this '4 star'accomodation again...

Cons: Not a fan of the shower-in-the-bathtub set-up, with shower curtains that look like they've seen better days. Overall the place is noticeably dated, but the location and service made it worthwhile. Only other downside was that free wifi was limited to one device (and was advised it couldn't handle video calls -- although I didn't try).

The Rooms are quite, very clean and have a very nice bathroom, with lots of pressure on the shower. The Center of Bonn is easy to reach either by foot or bus or taxi. Pros: The bedding was super comfortable-loved it. I stay at a lot of hotels and this bed/bedding was amongst the most comfortable. Two very good nights sleep.
Cons: It advertised as having parking. However there is limited space and I had to complain and wait for 25 mins to get my car in on one occasion.

Cons: Double beds are not really double but 2 single beds attached to one another with separate mattreses, very uncomfortable. Good location but prices are extremely high for the quality of service.

Cons: The room was VERY hot, even when the heat adjustment showed it was off. Was unable to turn off/down heat in the bathroom. Had to sleep with window open.

Cons: The hotel has clearly seen better days: Plaster is falling off walls, bathrooms are only semi-clean. Nevertheless, the rooms are not noisy, and the location in Bonn centre close to the main station, shops and the popular Südstadt with bars and cafés is excellent.

Cons: WiFi was a disappointment. Forget about Netflix and other streaming services, depending on time of the day I could not even download my email messages. Room furniture should have been discarded years ago. Carpets were worn, especially on the corridors. There was a small fridge in the room (a mini bar of sorts, but empty), but it has been somehow set to idle. Its lamp lit up when I opened the door, but cooling was off. Reception informed me that this was the hotel's policy. I could not keep my own sodas cool in the fridge, instead I had to get down to the lobby and purchase what I needed there. I paid 250 Euros for two nights in March. Rather steep prices for what it offers I may say!

Pros: Central Location. The most economical I could find at this time close to the Bethoveen Hous. Nice choice of TV channels, including international. Reliable WiFi. Close to the marketplace and some restaurants and pizzerias in close neighbourhood.

Pros: We had a triple room, it was very cosy. We put heater at 4 or 5 and it was very warm in the room. Good wifi connection, especially in the first part of the day when all guests are sleeping or visiting the sights. Very good breakfast (good coffee, collection of teas, milk, cereals, bread, different types of cheese and ham, jams, honey, Nutella, fried and boiled eggs, fruit, juice etc). In the center. 5 sec to Market square and Rathaus, 5 sec to Beethoven house. There is nice cheap asian restaurant on same street, 2 mins from mini-market on street nearby. 10 mins from railway station. Close to all main sights. Advice to travelers - buy Welcome card for 10 euro and you can visit main museums in one day, they all are 10-15 mins from each other. If you have one more day in Bonn - go to Schloss Drachenburg by train to Konigswinter, you will love it.

Pros: The hotel is located right in the centre of the city and with direct access to Bonn's main sight-seeings. The breakfast was varied and plentiful, and the dining room area was nice. For a one night stay it is adequate.
Cons: We were lodged in the hotel's "family room" which is in the top floor and with shared bathroom. The room setup was strange: the shower and sink were not independent (it was inside the room). Worst of all, the heating did not work! Fortunately, the hotel staff understood the situation and they moved us to a (much better) apartment which had a more reasonable distribution. If we ever visit again we would book the apartments and not the "family room", which is substandard. In any case, the hotel needs to be renovated, there are many different places where it shows its age: carpet had broken areas, walls were stained, parts of the rooms needed repairs or painting.

Cons: The radiator was not working and instead I had two electric heaters: I believe it is not very environmentally friendly, plus they made noise when on so I had to sleep with the heating off. Strangely enough, at 4.00 at night the radiator pipes started to make an annoying sound which woke me up in the middle of the night. The sound was too loud to continue sleeping. A colleague in the same hotel informed me that the same problem occured in her room and during other nights. Moreover, the water in the shower was not flowing down, I had to take a shower while taking a footbath (same problem in other rooms).
