Pros (+) The restaurant staff was nothing but helpful and very kind, considering we were sick so they helped us get the meal we needed. We needed different cables to connect the computer to the TV, the hotel supplied them really easily, which was good and useful.
Cons (-) The attention at the reception, the check-in. I asked for an early check in with a large bed, they gave us a twin room at 11am, so we had to wait until 3pm to get a room with a large bed. The receptionist didn't even apologize for the mistake, was kinda rude. The design of the deluxe room is very uncomfortable.
