Cons: Frankly, the place smelled musty. That was my only real complaint. Well, and the spa was way too expensive.

Cons: There is a very exorbitant 200 dollar per day fee for incidentals. I have never before seen this amount charged. The hotel was paid in advance. Also, the resort is nice but the surrounding area offers little to do or see or places to eat.

Pros: The desk clerk was very friendly and efficient and gave us directions to an event that we were going to later that day. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with more choices than most motels. I had trouble sleeping (normal) so I kept the night desk clerk company for awhile and very much enjoyed our conversation. We both like history and I go a history lesson about Bedford.

Pros: Staff were very present to deal with, and extra helpful. Breakfast was good. We were at a sporting event and needed a late checkout and the staff went out of there way to meet all of our needs during our stay

Pros: The staff was super friendly and the lobby smelled really good. The room was spacious and clean as well. I also liked how 30 mins in to my stay the front desk called my room to make sure everything was to my liking.
Cons: There should be better signage for how to get to the hotel. It sits behind Arbys and Taco Bell but the way to get to it is a bit misleading.

Pros: The Free Breakfast was delicious and was the Best part of the stay as well as the friendly and helpful Chef and Kitchen Staff. The hallway carpeting was nice.
Cons: I definitely did not like the old broken tub tiles and moldy tub caulking. The bottom row of tiles needs to be torn out and replaced and new mold resistant caulking installed. The room and bathroom were old looking, out of date and very dark.

Pros: The water features were pretty nice, good place to sit. Mrs. Patel is a hoot! Very friendly, helpful and caring. The exercise room was very nice and actually has free weights!
Cons: I suppose if I have to name something, it’d be the bathtub drain kept falling shut; but it’s just like the one at my house so it took just a second to fix and really wasn’t any issue at all.

Cons: The heating/ac unit was so loud we had to turn it off in the middle of the night as it kept waking us up, which was unfortunate because it was so cold. The air was very dry and possibly dirty coming out of the unit. My husband and I both developed coughs and sore throats after our one night stay. We think the air in the room made us very congested :(

He pretended to look around the room, doesnt he realize fleas are not going to sit there waiting for him to look at it. It was disgusting and the owner was so rude! I left and went to another hotel!!!

Cons: The wallpaper was peeling off the walls and it was obvious that no work had been done in the rooms for a couple decades. The shower curtain had mold spots on it so we did not use the shower.

Pros: The water features were pretty nice, good place to sit. Mrs. Patel is a hoot! Very friendly, helpful and caring. The exercise room was very nice and actually has free weights!
Cons: I suppose if I have to name something, it’d be the bathtub drain kept falling shut; but it’s just like the one at my house so it took just a second to fix and really wasn’t any issue at all.
