Pros (+) Ellen- our waitress that served us breakfast was lovely.
Cons (-) Paint in bathroom(above shower) was falling/peeling. Our diffuser (we had a spa room) had mold inside. When I let the front desk know, she gave me a new diffuser and 2 free drink coupons.

Pros (+) Service was exemplary. Loved spa facilities. Food was fabulous. Hotel is charming.
Cons (-) Housekeeping missed crumbs on bathroom floor from last guests, which remained the entire weekend of our stay. Spa was overcrowded (locker room and relaxation room). Front desk failed to tell us at check in that our room would be right outside elevator which rang early in the morning and late at night and we could hear voices of guests. Also, hotel needs more convenient parking.
