Bed was comfortable
The bar was smoky. Bartender was terrible. The outside door wouldn't open with the card key. It was overpriced.
Check with the hotel before booking what is truly
Room looked good, updated
Microwave, fridge were not in room as stated on booking. Front desk offered use of both in hotel's restaurant, but declined due to public health reasons
The toilets were very short for my husband, he has
Very nice that it was on the ground floor level for us. Very close to several restaurants.
Very good hotel, but
What would have been a very nice stay was marred by a twenty something hallway fight that woke everyone up after midnight. The icing on the cake was the smoke alarm set off by one of the fight participants who tried to smoke in their room.
Breakfast was rather extensive and fulfilling for which we were glad. Room was easily accessible and hotel was near to our destination.
Shower didn't work in our room at all. The bed was incredibly creaky to the point where we thought we would break the bed if we shifted at all. When we checked in the AGM was haughty and slightly condescending to us as if we were wasting her time.
I have Celiac Disease and have to be 100% Gluten Free for medical reasons and I was able to eat the breakfast buffet which doesn't happen often.
No refrigerator in the room.
