Pros: Location was great for exploring Columbia Gorge, Portland but also for having little 'river district' in Vancouver WA within walking distance with a couple restaurants, coffee shop, beach and river walk.
Cons: Closer to Portland airport than we realized. Airplanes flying closely overhead every few minutes, you could hear them from the outdoor pool. Kitchen could have been better stocked, it really was only set up for eating or reheating prepared meals, not for cooking meals yourself.

4,6 Okay
Pros: The staff was great! Very helpful and apologetic.
Cons: This said it was a 4star hotel. It wasnt it was very dated and no a/c like it says it has . There website is a lie.im so disappointed. I could of stayed at a 2 star that has better amenities. The breakfast was a joke, the bed that I pd for a king suite you would think would have a decent bed but no it's got to be at least 25 yrs old hard as a rock I was up every hr in pain.. There were no good experiences here on our vacation you would expect more from a Hilton! The amount of money it costed for my king suite I could of stayed anywhere else with more comfort and luxuries. . The only thing positive was the friendly staff.

Pros: Loved the separate sleeping room from the dining and kitchen. Very well thought of floor plan. Very clean and great price if booked well in advance. Breakfast was a full on breakfast with eggs and oatmeal and biscuits and gravy. Very good.
Cons: I did not like that the hot tub was closed for "chemical monitoring". We attempted to book a second night but was told they could not give us the same price as the first and wanted double the cost of the room price we paid for the first night!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We make it habit to stay at Staybridge when we can. It is like a home away from home. They have everything you could want in the suite; pots, pans, dishes, dishwasher, full-size fridge. This way we can cook and save money from having to go out. It resembles a simple 1 bedroom apartment. The breakfast is always amazing a varies on location BUT it is a hit with kids. The amount you will spend going out to breakfast while traveling can be saved just staying here.
Cons: Nothing.
7,5 Good
Pros: The facilities were great, and the staff was excellent!
Cons: Although they worked with us in the end, our room was too close to the breakfast/meeting room, so we didn't get much rest.

Pros: The breakfast was always good and they had it out before 7 all three days I was there also the dinners and free wine and beer socials were fantastic will definitely stay again
Cons: No fan in my bathroom so when me or my hubby showered my room would be hot and steamy

Pros: The pool, the basketball court, the breakfast, the laundry facilities, sitting outside... perfect for some downtime
Cons: Very thin floors so sound travels above and under you
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, spacious, and centrally located for our purposes.
Cons: We were located on the second floor. With someone above us we could hear running back and forth. We couldn't tell if it was a dog or a toddler. We did not complain but in the future, I will ask for a top floor room or one that does not have anyone above.
5,4 Okay
Cons: Non smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke at check in.

Cons: It felt like the hotel was overbooked, and above capacity. Elevator couldn’t accommodate, had to take stairs to 8th floor several times. Towels weren’t replenished and then they had no bath towels available the next morning. I feel people stayed in rooms that weren’t accounted for.

Cons: Coffee is average... We are from SEattle so.....

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Was quiet
Cons: Kind of difficult to find initially.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Very pleasant staff, comfortable bed, excellent restaurants nearby.
Cons: The gap between when the air conditioning started and when the room became uncomfortably warm was too great. Air conditioning should have activated much sooner. This continued all evening.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Convenience of the location. Lots of options to eat.
Cons: Loud toilet
5,8 Okay
Pros: Beds
Cons: Buffet was out of food at 9:00. Waited 20 minutes for a table to be bussed and then realized the only food available was grapefruit and cereal. The cooks were too busy preparing custom orders because the food trays were all empty. The coffee pots at the self service were empty too. Labor Day weekend and no manager on site. Poorly operated with the bookings on hand. Receptionist was extremely patient, waitresses were over worked and over stressed. Made it very uncomfortable that we actually left without eating. Somebody should hire a buss boy in weekends.

8,3 Excellent
Pros: Right off the freeway but no noise. Convenient to one of best restaurants, Ricardo’s.
Cons: Pillows were too soft. It would be nice if out of the four pillows there was something firmer.
6,5 Good
Cons: There were teenagers running up and down the halls through most of the night. They were loud and laughing and this went on until 4 AM. I got very little sleep. My understanding is these were kids that attended a prom. The hotel should have placed these kids away from guests who wanted to sleep.
6,0 Good
Pros: Location was good and the staff was very helpful
Cons: No fans in the bathrooms and no microwaves or small freezer frig in the room. Also not very soundproof ......floors above and from the halls ...could hear all the steps from guests above and conversations in the hall.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, beautiful grounds.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Easy and effective comfortable stay. I was particularly impressed with Kristi who went ‘the extra mile’ to look after me.
Cons: I didn’t like the pre-authorisation of blocking my credit card which leaves me the hassle of checking it has been unblocked when I get home. Booking.com should investigate this process as it would put me off using this chain of hotels again.

7,1 Good
Pros: The staff was friendly. I guess the room was clean. Pretty quiet

10,0 Excellent
Cons: Pool was freezing cold
7,9 Good
Pros: Exceptionally friendly front desk. Perfect location for what I needed to do on this trip.
Cons: The kitchen exhaust entered my AC intake on the 6th/executive level floor. The grill smell was intense. Noise restraint doesn't apply on weekends and my room was above the pool full of noisey kids until 10pm. I had asked for a quiet room. For $250 per night, my room location didn't warrant the rate. I could have turned the AC off and roasted in the 90 degree weather. I could have moved to another room but the hotel was full. Oh well, just another minor inconvenience.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the comfort of the bed and the room... the hotel's atmosphere and ambiance. Had a drink and some food at the bar after checking in and the Mai Tai was the best I've ever had! Enjoyed the spinach artichoke dip and steak bites too... YUM! We ate the breakfast buffet every morning and it was delicious... a great variety of food and pleasant service.
Cons: The shower in our room (620) was VERY slippery; I would suggest doing something to the floor to help make it slip-proof. Throwing a small towel on the floor is an option for any future stays.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Friendly front desk people. Nice breakfast and kind servers.
Cons: Expensive.

Pros: One bed bent in the middle a bit, the other great

Pros: Food was very good. Rooms were clean. Beds are very comfortable.

7,9 Good
Pros: Excellent, caring staff.
Cons: There was some noise from the room above us one night but the next night it was fine.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The location of this motel is great because it’s so close to I-5. Beds were comfortable and the room was very clean.
Cons: The rooms are a little dated.
7,1 Good
Pros: The room was spacious and clean. The staff were lovely and kind. Easy check-in check out. Breakfast was varied every day and included a lot of gluten free options. Dishes were real cups, plates, and silverware instead of disposable.
Cons: The vinyl couch in my room was unusably uncomfortable. Bed and office chair were great though. FOX News in the breakfast room was horrific. Please change the channel and stop subjecting your POC guests to the blatant hate that channel spewed out as us while we were just trying to eat breakfast, have coffee and get our day started. We did not pay to be abused by the television during breakfast. There is literally only one channel in this country that is as hateful and evil and for some unknown reason, you are torturing people with it when there are so many other options. Please reconsider forcing your customers of color to receive abuse by your default choice of network in the public areas. I did ask to change the channel, but I should not have to be forced to shield myself from abject displays of fascism at a facility I am paying so much to stay at.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Loved it was right off the freeway gas station behind it also Applebee’s (do not recommend) and Olive Garden across the street. Though I was getting a queen room with 2 queen beds ended up being huge room with 1 king and 2 queens it was a great price cheaper than a lot and nice end to our vacation no one had to share a bed lol. Defenitly will stay here again
Cons: Parking lot was small in my opinion but I did get there before it was packed so I’m not sure if there was more parking elsewhere
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Gluten free options for breakfast. Super nice staff.
Cons: Having the news shouted at me by FOX. Please for the love of everything decent, change the TV to literally ANY other channel!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I had the single King room and it was huge. There was a small sofa and a microwave oven and a small refrigerator. And of course it has a coffee maker. And it was very clean. And their location was perfect.
Cons: The only negative is not really a big deal if it's right close to the freeway so you do get some traffic noise.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Across the street from restaurants Olive Garden, Applebees, and a couple more.
Cons: Next to highway but when you are in your room you don’t hear it.
7,5 Good
Pros: The check in was very easy and the staff very nice. The breakfast was good and plentiful.
Cons: The room was very expensive for the value. We did have a dog with us and it was midsummer but $240 for one night adjacent to the interstate was a little too high for our liking.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Good customer service from the staff. Cleanliness of the entire hotel.
Cons: I appreciate the hotel offering breakfast. There was a variety of foods to choice from. However, the food was not very good. The eggs were tasteless. The potatoes were undercooked and tasted frozen. The waffles were tough. The room was very clean.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was switched up every day and had a lot of good options. The staff were super friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable and the Wi-fi speed reliably fast.
Cons: FOX News on all the TVs in the breakfast was the most horrible part of my stay there. I wound up taking the food away to eat in my room to get away from the awful blathering that passes for "news" at FPX. Please for the love of decency, and every guest that is not a white supremacist, CHANGE THE CHANNEL! FOX News is a recruiting tool for the fascist wing of America and rots minds. It was just awful to have it screaming at me while I was trying to eat.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Check inn was efficient, desk clerk was friendly. Good thick and comfortable bed, slept good.
Cons: nothing.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great.

Pros: We stay here very frequently when in the area. Usually no real surprises. Our experiences largely depend on the staff and their attitudes. This time, all our interactions were great.
Cons: I wish there was some sort of non-slip surface in the shower tub. When I went down for breakfast at 8:30 Monday, there were no breakfast meats available. I waited 15 min. then left.

Pros: I often stay at Holiday Express although I prefer newer inns. They are predictably comfortable and in good locations. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was quite good. The hotel was located within easy access of highway, restaurants, and food shopping areas. The staff is excellent - friendly and helpful.
Cons: This Holiday Express is getting a bit "old and tired". My room was on the first floor so I couldn't open up the curtains because my window looked out on a parking lots and I wanted privacy. The room was therefore dark.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel. I've been too so many Holiday Inns and have always given there hotel a 10. This hotel has great QUALITY especially the staff. They treat you so great. No words could describe this hotel however if you skip this hotel, your slowly missing out with all TOP 10 RATINGS.
Cons: There was ABSOLUTELY nothing bad to say about this hotel.

9,2 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. Gym was excellent with options for workouts. Breakfast was very yummy.
7,5 Good
Pros: Breakfast was good with variety, hot and cold. Bed was very comfortable!
Cons: The bathroom light and fan are on the same switch. Fan is quite loud and when I want to do hair and makeup the fan runs loud and constant - very annoying. If someone wants to use bathroom at night in order to see where you are going you have to turn the fan on and wake other people up!!!!

8,3 Excellent
Pros: The property is very good, very comfortable and very easy to recommend to a friend to stay
Cons: Nothing
9,2 Excellent
Pros: I like the decor. The dark woods and countertop combined with the white of the sheets lends a clean line to what some would describe as masculine but I find it comforting and organized. I must say that the people are much nicer and personable in Eugene. I moved from the east coast three and a half years ago and would say Portland people are more east coast abrupt and distant. Eugene people are polite and love laugh!
Cons: See above
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I absolutely love room 405. It’s perfect! The fact that it has just one bed and the sink is in the bathroom makes it feel more “homey “.
Cons: Everything was perfect this trip!
5,4 Okay
Pros: Breakfast was good. Would have preferred some veg or beef sausage instead of pork everyday. Lobby was nice and having cold water, tea and coffee available all day was great :)
Cons: The swimming pool steps had a lot of residue and although I was very cautious & holding the rail while getting in i slipped and hurt myself and was in pain and limping the whole vacation that included my birthday. The sauna and jacuzzi were not hot. The first day the room was not cleaned well. The bed was not redone just the comforters was readjusted and we found some nuts in the bed that we had eaten the previous night
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Haven’t stayed at a best western property for many years. Was impressed over what I remember from years ago.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, comfortable room, excellent bed. Good wifi. Excellent location for our purpose

Cons: The room and property seemed pretty shabby and run down. The bath drain didn’t work and the ac unit failed to keep the room cool.

Pros: The room was nice & Comfortable
Cons: Being "taped in" with plastic dropcloth around or door, literally, in our room for 45 minutes, while hallway ceiling in front of our room was being painted. Much more renovations going on than we "heard" were going on during our stay.

Pros: Clean and comfortable. Nice grounds for walking our dog. Excellent staff...everyone was so nice and helpful.
Cons: Construction (some strong orders in hallway) although the workers were pleasant and the areas under construction were cordoned off.

Pros: The staff was great! Welcoming and helpful.
5,8 Okay
Pros: Close to our events
Cons: Our room was right next to the elevator. The elevator was very loud and should of been disclosed when checking in. Beginning early in the morning the elevator use made it hard to sleep. A discount in price should be included with this room.

Pros: It WAS clean and quiet
Cons: The pillows were like trying to sleep on butter. Neither of us slept well. The food we ordered was not very good, none of the 3 of us were able to eat our full meals.

Pros: This is the second time , we stayed there , and they upgraded the room for us , which was great . The facilities are excellent , the staff are welcoming, and it is in a great location
Cons: Could not have a drink in the bar when we arrived back just after 10.30 - bar closes at 10.30
7,5 Good
Pros: Only 1 cold cookie...The bedding was nice. Crabtree and evelyn shampoo and conditioner a plusThe workout room and pool jacuzzi although was inside was nice. The staff were delightful. Maid service was very loud one morning. Yelling to one another down the hall. Other than that all was good!
Cons: It was in the middle of construction and had very heavy chemical odor in my room at all times. It was terrible! The other rooms and doors near mine all down the hallway were all closed off and taped shut with some grey electrical looking tape. I asked when i called when the last remodel was they said a few months ago and i specifically asked if construction was finished and the assured me it was done! also the lobby was under construction I didn’t take photos of all of the negatives.

Pros: The amazing breakfast attendant was so friendly and really made connections with his guests. The food was also very good.
Cons: They were doing rennovations upstairs and started at 9 am which made it difficult for our baby to take a nap in our room. They also had to shut off the water for 1 day and it started before checkout which made things tricky.

Cons: Exorbitant cost for basic room. High traffic highway location. Deadbolt on room door non functional. Ground level room.
