Cons (-) The sheets were dirty and the bed spread was also dirty and the use your credit card on record to charge you for breakage,cleaning,etc. so told the clerk she took pictures and said she would notify manager and they would talk to me. Pros (+) Room was very clean and neat. Breakfast was adequate and coffee was probably the best I have had in a very long time.
Cons (-) Bedside lamp was broken, only one side working. They were having a problem with the pool and hot tub, so the areas were closed.

Pros (+) The location is excellent with good access within Vancouver and onto Portland. The room was reasonably clean although showing its age. WiFi was good, the breakfast was typical of lower end hotels
Cons (-) The housekeeper took our bag of food, which was to last us for the weekend. We tried multiple times to reach management to get a replacement but there was no response. This cost us money as well as time on a short trip. Despite the positives this one negative will lose our business.

Pros (+) The room was a good value for the night and close to the mall, plenty of nearby places to eat. Plus close to the office where my meetings were held.
Cons (-) There were no lights in the room that were bright enough.

Pros (+) Proximity to the Portland airport and to Vancouver Mall.
Cons (-) The breakfast items could have been of better quality. The agent at the reservation desk, "Shylo", was uncooperative, rude, and condescending. She should be fired!
