The Kleenex ran out the first day. It wasn’t refilled at all.
Four Star close to waterfront on Columbia River
Nice large rooms with a kitchenette, decent breakfast served each morning, bbq and outside eating areas and fire pit, pool and hot tub, basketball court. I was pleasantly surprised at how much I liked the property.
I did not appreciate the smoke detector battery issuing chirps at 2:00am our second night.
Cooked to order breakfast
Spacious room, good breakfast, great location
Reception desk staff not pleasant and enterprising
Popcorn ceilings ;)
Kids running down hallway all night. Finally yelled told them to be quite at 1:30am!! Not nearly as nice as ad says
Great staff overpriced for the area
The staff and remodeled facility was nice. Breakfast and managers reception is good.
Price was a bit high for the hotel which I rate as a 3 star at best. I would not stay again unless the rooms were closer to the $125 mark at $185 it was way too expensive for this place
The breakfast was excellent and the location
The room was cold and I put on the heat but it didn't work.
Kids gone Wild
Bacon for breakfast.
This is a hotspot for kids sports. The kids outnumber the adults and are not being supervised. Whether it's running around the halls, taking over the pool, the manager's reception, the breakfast, etc.
You could have all meals at the facility. Close to everything
A bit dated, but looked like upgrades were in progress
The staff was nice and parking was free. We prefer to stay at the Embassy Suites downtown, but couldn't get a room there. It was nice being so close to Washington Square . The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was clean.
Really didn't like the atrium feel to the hotel. Also the swimming pool was small and old and right off of the elevators, which seemed a bit odd. It just isn't as nice as your downtown hotel.
The breakfast was great, the view from our room was pretty, and we loved being so close to the mall. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
The furnishings were outdated and just didn't feel very clean. The carpet had a funky odor and so did the sofa, so unfortunately we never really enjoyed using the living room space in our suite.
