Cons (-) When I arrived I was told my reservation wasn't until next month and they were all of rooms so I had to go elsewhere, last minute to find a place to stay for the night. Because I booked through a third party the front desk wouldn't help me. Someone made a mistake booking my room and they wouldn't help me sort it out. At least I got a refund for my room
