Pros: We liked the large room with kitchen and "living room" space. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Best part: no car needed. (They have a shuttle but we didn't need to use it.) Commuter train stops right outside so we could easily get to/from airport and all areas of Portland we wanted to see. Quiet, clean.
Excellent 9,7
Pros: Nice staff. Convenient to airport.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: I loved that all the rooms are suites with a kitchen and fold out couch bed. This is a perfect room for an extended stay. Also loved the location at Cascade Station. It has all the amenities, shopping, food, you need with a MAX train stop right outside the hotel if u feel like going into downtown Portland. Only con is that the mattress was a bit firm and uncomfortable, but to each there own. We WILL be staying there again.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great breakfast, comfortable beds and pillows, clean and nice staff. Our room had full size fridge with kitchen and utensils.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: All was great! Loved the indoor pool and Target being so accessible. Kayla at the front desk was very kind. Will defiantly be back!
Excellent 9,1
Pros: The staff was outstanding...from Alex in the breakfast area to Josh the General Manager, it was an excellent experience for the two of us!
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Near the airport Full size kitchen fireplace
Cons: Almost $300 for 1 night + Park and fly Not the newest feeling hotel...carpets are due for replacement Small TV

Pros: Staff was accommodating enough.
Cons: Breakfast was not good. Biscuits and gravy with what looked like the prior days leftovers. Pool was green and so cloudy that you couldn't see the bottom. The staff said that they had "just tested the water and it was fine." There is no way it was fine! Our little one looks forward to the pool time and there was no way we could have swam without major health risks. The rooms are shabby and not Cleaned well, lots of hair left through and crumbs on the sofa. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE! We left after the first night!
Good 7,1
Pros: I liked the location close to the airport and the value. Hotel had a free shuttle to the airport and free breakfast.
Cons: Felt a little dated, but generally ok. Breakfast could have been a bit earlier - I didn't get to take advantage of that, as I left shortly after 6 am.
Okay 5,1
Cons: The two women at the front counter must have not been having a good day. Both were unfriendly. When my friend asked to clarify a signature on a form the woman at the counter told her as if deaf that the car owner needs to sign the form. The room was clean and big however the A/C made loud noises. You could hear the planes landing or taking off if A/C system was not on.
Excellent 9,7
Pros: Nice big room, clean, near airport.
Cons: Paper and plastic cups for coffee and water.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: We stayed for one night at his hotel. We had dropped someone off at the airport at 7 am and we're just driving around Portland looking for something to do until we could check into the hotel at 3pm, I decided to call about noon and we were able to check in early that was such a life saver we were so tired!! The breakfast INCLUDED in the room rate was more than I expected, Hot omelets, potatoes and sausage as well as normal hotel breakfast items. It was a great stay and the price made it even better! Will most definitely be going back if we need to stay in Portland again.
Excellent 9,4
Pros: Great place. My wife is very picky and she was happy. Good breakfast and very clean.
Cons: A little old but very clean
Excellent 8,0
Pros: This is an OK hotel near the airport.
Cons: Faucet was hard to operate.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: A courteous shuttle driver picks you up at the airport (and drops you off again when your stay is over). Reception is polite and efficient and the rooms are clean, well-appointed and reasonably large. Breakfast is just OK but it's free.
Cons: I stayed on two separate nights recently. I had to leave at 5AM the second time, which was too early for my free breakfast. Bummer.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Breakfast, staff friendliness.
Cons: Gym was not very well equipped, coffee was terrible.
Good 7,1
Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful with maps of the area and suggestions for transportation. The hotel was close to the airport and our room was big and very clean. I expected to hear more of the planes taking off, but didn't. The bed was very comfortable.
Cons: I was surprised when I opened the curtains and had a view of many spider webs outside the window, hanging off the eaves on the 4th floor. Breakfast the next morning was disappointing and dry, with eggs that were square and looked a bit like styrofoam.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Everyone was absolutely professional & helped me out the best way possible. I will definitely stay here again. I appreciate Chaddy the most. She was the nicest person I’ve ever met.
Cons: I loved everything about the facility. No dislikes at all. I wished I could of stayed longer but next time I will do. Great location to, everything was close
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The receptionist who signed us in - Dee - was very welcoming and understanding how travel can be tasking. She was handling many jobs and seemed to be the only one in duty, yet she was able to personalize our arrival and make the reception welcoming.
Cons: On a previous visit the worst I could mention was running it off fresh coffee in the lobby for a few minutes this time was flawless.

Pros: Loved the location, and spacious beautiful rooms! Would LOVE to stay at the Clarion again!
Cons: The only thing I didn't like is that our trip didn't allow us more time to enjoy the room!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: My husband and i planned a weekend away just the two of us, kids free in Portland for the Washougal nationals. We stayed at another motel the night prior, and had the most horrible experience ever. The wonderful girl at the front desk was so helpful and wonderful. They treated us so nicely. The room was fantastic. We were able to get a king room suite that day. After we checked in at about 10:30, we got right up to our room and went right back down to the wonderful hot tub and pool. The room was clean and wonderfully put together. The hotel is beautiful.
Mediocre 2,0
Pros: The shuttle driver to the airport was friendly.
Cons: The booked me in a smoking room. The smell was so overpowering that I asked to have the rooms changed. They said no because "that was what was booked on orbitz" and didn't have any other rooms. I don't smoke and would not book a smoking room intentionally. there was no screen on the window. I felt sick in the morning. I travel a lot for work and have never complained about a room before.
Excellent 9,4
Pros: It's a bit off the beaten path in terms of staying in Downtown Portland, but they run a free shuttle to the Max which makes getting into the city easy ($2.50) even if you don't want to drive the 15 minutes (although it takes a bit longer than 15 minutes). Perfect place to stay at a great price if you want to experience Portland without forking over $250/night for a hotel.
Cons: Nothing.
Excellent 10,0
Cons: the heating system was noisy.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: i was in the second flor The rooms were pretty new I had a view towards the back and I liked it Pool look nice, but did not used it Breakfast was nice for a buffet, hot entries Beds were comfortable Except for not having a restaurant it was like a four star hotel My kids were in a separate room, they were happy i would even consider it for an extent it stay. Airport shuttle worked fine
Cons: Nothing with the hotel The airport shuttle did not have a sign in front, so I had to guess a little, very minor quible
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Great room, amenities and proximity to airport
Cons: Scheduled a wake up call but it never came. Important for a hotel for travelers and business professionals.
Good 7,3
Pros: Quick and efficient. Was there for an extended layover at PDX. Shuttle picked me up and dropped me off on time and had a comfortable sleep.
Mediocre 3,4
Pros: It was clean. Everywhere except the rooms seemed renovated.
Cons: Very bad location. Nothing nice around to do. The best place to eat in that neighborhood is like an old cafe. Nothing modern or fancy. The people who were stayin at the hotel weren't that decent either.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Excellent customer service and amenities. The room was large, well organized and clean. This is the best hotel around for the price!
Cons: The breakfast was good. However, I'm not a big fan of cheese on eggs. Maybe you could have two options -- one with cheese and one with plain cooked eggs.
Good 6,0
Pros: It was clean, the employees were fine..price was ok as well, I would say if you are ok with a mediocrity just cleanliness and a good price this is the place.. That's about it.. Otherwise if you want to feel like you are on vacation with a nice new comfy place then spend the extra 20-40 bucks a night and go with a more newer hotel.
Cons: Dated hotel, it felt like a half @$$ remodel.. Bed and TV were up to date but tgat was it.. The wall paper, doors and bathroom were very dated; there were tears in wallpaper, all the doors were chipped up and there was a bit of mold around the tub chalking, also at the base of the tub the drywall was completely rotted, the room was just a bit dark and dingy for my taste..
Good 7,3
Pros: The breakfast tasted good.
Cons: The footstep from the upstairs sounds terrible. I was waken up rather early every morning.
Good 6,7
Pros: Courteous staff, nicely furnished and clean room, good amenities
Cons: the bed was too soft.
Good 7,0
Pros: The rooms were very nice. I like the design of the rooms.
Cons: The bed was too soft for me, but the rest of my family loved the beds.
Okay 5,6
Pros: Close location to Airport, free shuttle service, good price, clean. I likes to little frog I found in the room. Tried to set him free, but could not capture it
Cons: Television set was awful
Good 7,3
Pros: Quiet, large room, good breakfast, close to the airport, view to lake. Details: bath toletries, iron, tea and coffe machine in room etc.

Pros: Perfect service, helpful staff. Nice rooms and location
Cons: Leaving at 4 AM
Good 7,1
Pros: Access to the hotel is great with easy access to the TriMet and shopping. The hot breakfast is a great addition with young kids.
Cons: The beds and pillows were pretty uncomfortable and the rooms are quite loud. We could here somone playing guitar while we were trying to sleep and the toilet flushing in the room above us was louder in our room than our own.
Okay 5,1
Pros: Clean and comfortable most staff was nice
Cons: I booked two rooms did not use one a d should have been given an extra night of a refund
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Large room with every convenience. Excellent service. Would stay again.
Excellent 9,4
Pros: Good location, spacious rooms
Cons: Styrofoam plates and bowls at breakfast
Excellent 8,8
Pros: East coast couple that chose the Oregon coast for our honeymoon. We stayed one night in the Hyatt Place PDX prior to flying home. Staff was friendly, helpful, and offered us a complimentary adult beverage in honor of our honeymoon. Hotel was aesthetically pleasing overall. The room we stayed in was a king and the lay out was very conducive to relaxation, storing our hiking gear, and relaxing. Location of the hotel is located in a suburbia type walkable setting, near standard chain restaurants and stores like Target and Walgreens which makes it convenient for business/families.
Cons: The insulation in the walls is poor as sound and vibration carried very easily thought the walls/floor.
Excellent 9,7
Pros: the staff really did their job well, even going above what was necessary to try and help us with a problem.
Cons: The area between the beds seemed dusty
Good 7,4
Cons: I could hear loud snoring from the adjacent room.
Excellent 8,8
Cons: They switched my room type at check-in. Reminds me of bait and switch.

Pros: The new renovations look very nice and the hotel staff was wonderful! The beds were just right for my bad back.
Cons: The pool area could used a bit of updating. There was debris and rocks in the hot tub and the "messaging bubbles" shut off permanently after using them for 2 minutes.
Good 7,4
Pros: Beds were comfortable, staff was courteous, restaurant had good breakfast that they could make gluten free
Cons: No safe, no sink in bathroom, unsecured internet
Okay 5,7
Cons: -The wifi connection was so slow that it was not even usable for internet browsing nor email. - It was below average facilities for what I would normally expect for Courtyard.

Excellent 10,0
Cons: The food was pricy for what you actually receive
Excellent 8,5
Pros: Very professional and polite staff. Clean building, and comfortable rooms
Cons: It is a bit noisy, you are right next to an airport, so there is a limitation there. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel, and I seem to have horrible sinus issues when staying here, versus leaving the hotel for a few hours. I feel like it is a tad expensive overall.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: very easy to get to, and people were very nice. Free bottled water in the room was a VERY nice bonus - always thirsty after a plane ride. Blueberry pancakes were very good, and nice FRESH fruit available for breakfast.
Cons: power outlets near the bed would allow us to charge the phones while waiting for an alarm
Good 6,0
Pros: Easy access to airport in the morning. The room was okay but not fancy. At all. Room service was a long wait and not that great. Unfortunately for me it was like starting our travels 16 hours early and I wish I would have just stayed home until the next morning flight.
Good 7,7
Pros: close to airport
Cons: called repeatedly for shuttle, kept getting put on hold at 11:30pm
Good 7,7
Cons: The food no vending machine
Excellent 8,2
Pros: The bed a ND pillows were very comfortable.
Cons: Bathroom lights were too dim. Couldn't be adjusted. Full length mirror was in a place it couldn't be used unless you moved a heavy floor lamp. Couldn't get the water temperature adjusted in the shower. It ran super hot then very cool. Not enough outlets.
Good 7,4
Pros: The beds were very comfortable. Desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. Restaurant staff was very friendly and food was delicious!
Cons: House keeping took all of our towels one day and did not replace them. Had to ask a housekeeper once then the front desk two more days to bet bathrobes.
Okay 4,6
Cons: Lights in restaurant flickered Staff was not good Shower didn't drain
Mediocre 2,0
Cons: Old dirty hotel under a renovation. Should close the hotel until the renovation is done. Don't stay here!!
Excellent 8,5
Pros: Great front staff, comfortable room, especially the Bell Captain.
Cons: The previous guest's coffee grounds were left in the waste basket.
Okay 5,7
Pros: It was easy to find
Cons: To high of price for what you get. Rooms do not have microwaves or refrigerators as you would expect in a high priced hotel.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Very comfortable bed. Very spacious room. Free WiFi in room.
Okay 5,3
Pros: Short
Cons: None
Good 6,0
Pros: It is so convenient to Airport and we had no delay in the morning when we were leaving and the shuttle bus was there waiting for us as promised
Good 6,3
Pros: Proximity to the Airport and Rental Car Returns, very comfortable rooms, availability of an Airport Shuttle.
Cons: Although the rooms were comfortable and well appointed, the quality of finish was not what I would have expected from a Sheraton. Sound insulation (adjacent rooms and parking lot) could also have been better.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: We left our car and felt it was a secure place

Excellent 10,0
Pros: Everyone on the staff was very helpful. They respected our desire for privacy and took care of everything we requested promptly and graciously.
Good 7,7
Pros: Great location next to PDX, restaurants and shopping. Shuttle to PDX and good parking. Friendly staff.
Cons: Room appeared really nice but after an hour or so everything feels awkward, There was quite a party going in the bar. If I was 25 again and didn't have a 5am flight it would have been great. Music was so loud it was difficult to check-in. Would try again when I'm not tired and have time to try the amenities.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Walking distance to several restraints and stores
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The music in the pool area made me forget everything else exists
Excellent 10,0
Pros: It was so close to PDX, almost too close, but the planes/flight patterns didn't affect me at all. A couple times you had a single or twin engine overhead, but nothing major. So many choices to eat, and shop, right across the street. Even a crip like me could walk across the street to eat. So many choices! I even hobbled down more to Ikea, a bit farther away, but doable for any "normal" person. A really great surprise. Room was well-equiped. All the right stuff. I loved the media box by the TV. Plugged my laptop into the HDMI port, and it picked it up on big 50"? TV no problem! I really liked the alarm clock (I know, the small things in life) It had not only the regular alarm, but a flashing light would be an option also. Something I may try and get for home.
Cons: Nothing really not to like. I didn't go down to the bar area, was a bit too millennial for me. Didn't like the dogs in the lobby, I don't like seeing other peoples animals when i travel. This is just my quirk. I love animals, don't want to see them around in a lobby, store, or worse, restaurant/grocery store.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: I just stayed one night due to having a very early flight next day. This is a very modern hotel with a boutique hotel feel. There is a bar in the lobby but I didn't see a restaurant but they have a snack bar but it's best described as an open air mini-bar with the high prices - no complementary snacks to guests. The staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms were modern and very clean. The bed very comfortable, sheets clean and soft. Around 8-9pm they have live music in the lobby so my suggestion is to get a higher floor to avoid any loud music filtering into your room. It's in Cascade Station which is an open air mall with some big box stores (Target, Best Buy etc) includes a few restaurants including Red Robin which is super popular. The hotel provides shuttles to and from the airport. Like any airport hotel, some airplane noise will get into the room but hotel has good insulation so it's minimal.
Cons: Their open air snack bar is really an open air expensive mini-bar - no complimentary snacks to guests if only just one time.
Excellent 9,7
Pros: Close to the airport, efficient shuttle service, clean hotel, friendly staff
Good 6,0
Pros: Comfortable beds Good shower Blackout shades Relatively quiet Near IHOP
Cons: Terrible configuration of room. No light in bathroom separate from whole sink area, which complete lights up bedroom where others are sleeping. Blow dryer provided, but no plug in bathroom except way behind microwave - so had to totally dismantle microwave in order to blow dry my hair. Shuttle took FOREVER to come and front desk staff kept saying "they'll be here soon", which just pissed us off more than if they'd managed expectations with honesty.
Excellent 8,2
Pros: Excellent hotel. Bathroom seperates room from hallway very quiet. For business traveler. Quick and easy close to airport.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The room was very nice and if my wife with me I know she love it mite she room could have been lil bigger
Cons: Ah little more bigger room that it
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great helpful staff. Comfortable rooms.
Good 7,4
Pros: The convenience to the airport is one of the key features I was looking for. That was great. It’s also nice to stay in a place that gives you something a little unique compared to your usual hotel room layout. The lobby is also attractive.
Cons: I was not greeted warmly-the desk clerk was not interested in my experience. Not rude or unprofessional, just millennial disconnectedness. Not his fault, really. At this price point there should be a complimentary breakfast offered. Lastly, the shuttle driver sailed into the parking lot as we were getting out of our car going way too fast. That was also true the next morning as we were shuttled to the airport we felt slung around the back of that van. Prompt is one thing but why in such a reckless feeling hurry?
Good 7,0
Pros: design and staff
Okay 5,3
Pros: The decor was very unique - front desk staff very friendly
Cons: Noise - didn't realize when I booked it how close it was to the airport & how noisy it was. Bed very hard, a/c really noisy, hard to sleep with it on, shower drain was really loud. I got in late, had to take a shower late at night & was afraid it would wake up people in the next room.
Good 7,7
Pros: convenience to PDX and local shops/restaurants. The room was lovely and very different from a traditional (old fashioned hotel). Good that fridge was provided.
Good 7,3
Pros: The room equipment and comfort are very good. Nice furniture design.Fitness and poll very accessible and convenient. Location at airpot is ery convenient (train for portland down town and malls accessible by foot. The bar is open and welcoming.
Cons: Breakfast is not included but moreover you need to pass to the cashier for paying like in a supermaket. Plus the coffee is not free (each cup is 2$, even the refill). It does not fit at all with the hotel style.
Good 6,0
Pros: super nice hotel in terms of comfort and service
Cons: Very expensive given the location and the absence of breakfast. Located near the airport, it is 30-45 min from downtown by lightrail. Or requires a 30 bucks ride on cab which is not significantly faster.

Pros: Clean hotel and beds and rooms were amazing! The location was slightly far from the places we wanted to be but the hotel was worth staying at.
Cons: One particular staff gave me a bad experience; They were busy with checking people in and I understood that and I didn't mind waiting . All I bought was floss a bottle opener and ice cream. After a long period of waiting he was ready to ring me up, he had no problem finding the prices for the ice cream and floss but could not find the price for the bottle opener. I could see he was getting frustrated with finding it because he felt tension as the line for check in grew larger and impatient. He then said out loud "I'm just going to charge you 3.00 cause this is wasting my time" not only did I feel offended but I also was slightly pissed but I didn't show it I gave him my money and left. 3 dollars for a bottle opener and he said I was a waste of time because I wasn't checking in? Someone needs to teach him that customers that are checking in,already checked in , and customers checking out are all equal.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: This hotel was terrific in every way. Comfortable room (if you need the accessible room like we did it is very well laid out), good food, free guest laundry, coffee in the lobby, nice gym, quiet location and most of all wonderful staff.
Good 7,1
Pros: Location, price, diining
Cons: Noisy; motors or fans made sleeping difficult at times
Excellent 9,7
Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful, and the airport shuttle service was very convenient, room service was very reasonable, and the view of Mt. Hood was nice too.
Excellent 9,7
Pros: We were traveling with an 8 month old and they set us up so that everything was easy access and quiet. We greatly appreciated their hospitality.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Nice rooms and friendly staff
Cons: Ordered room service and received beer that was less then desirable. ( Bottom of the keg)
Okay 5,7
Pros: Nice clean, comfortable hotel. Great Restaurant and staff.
Cons: Maid service was terrible. Room most often was only partially completed???
Good 7,7
Pros: Easy to get to from the airport. The room was large and the free nt desk staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable and there was plenty of parking. Nice snacks available in the morning.
Cons: Halls were very dark, and the bathroom faucet was old and difficult to use. There aren't many choices for restaurants nearby. The price seemed high for a basic airport hotel, but hotel prices in Portland are high in general.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: location
Cons: room service
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The staff here were top-notch. Very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. I would recommend this hotel to any traveler.
Cons: Honestly, I can't say a bad word about the place.
Excellent 8,2

Cons: The staff was friendly and responded to you requests quickly. Near the airport and Portland.

Pros: I always enjoy the breakfast buffet, the staff is always very helpful and our room is always very comfortable.
Cons: Every time we visit we have issues with the room keys, and the keys randomly working here and there, causing us to have to swipe repeatedly hoping for the green light. The hot tub didn't have enough water in it this last time, so other guests and myself couldn't have the jets on or we were getting splashed in the face. Other than that, went well;)
Okay 5,1
Pros: The lobby is Beautiful, the breakfast was pretty good.
Cons: Our Digital Key only worked on the room, we couldn’t get into the parking area and staff had to open the gate for us and was kind of rude about it. We also couldn’t use it to get into the pool area and other guests had to let us in. Beds are extremely uncomfortable, and the pullout from the couch was so thin that you sunk through the support pieces. The tv in the bedroom area glitched so much you couldn’t watch it. I got a premium room which included evening reception, but we missed it by checking in about a half hour later and they didn’t have other options for it. Tried to order a dessert from the menu and they said they weren’t serving that dish and offered a different version. We were expecting something similar but it wasn’t close and I wasn’t aware of a price difference until I signed for it. We asked for extra shampoo and conditioner multiple times so the kids could wash after being in the pool but none were brought to our room; however the did bring extra towels. Overall it is dated and needs some basic clean up- like the rust on the pool grates.
Good 7,3
Pros: Very nice, clean nicely furnished room.
Cons: Better route to Cascade station shops. Daily charge for internet access.
Good 7,3
Pros: Well appointed hotel with very nice lobby/bar/dining area in a large atrium with rooms surrounding it. Very comfortable suite.
Cons: Telephone and alarm clock were not working, which was inconvenient, but they responded quickly to fix them.
Okay 5,0
Pros: valuable price.good bed.
Cons: air noise from the main door.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Staff was excellent. We got out of the ordinary services and I have already complimented the staff member who was especially helpful. Breakfast was great and the location near the airport really makes it convenient.
Cons: No complaints.
Good 6,0
Pros: Comfortable. Good breakfast. Clean.

Pros: The staff were all super helpful. They were great about picking you up and dropping you off at the airport and light station multiple times a day so you can go in and out of the city relatively cheap and easily! They also suggested different activities, all of which we enjoyed, each time we were dropped off somewhere. I felt like I had my own taxi service!
Cons: The restaurant bar staff were slow and inattentive.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Surprisingly updated interior.
Cons: A bit misleading with the name when you book, it isn't with the other hotels right next to the airport. About a 15 minute shuttle ride.
Okay 5,4
Pros: Trina the night the bar tender is a riot and also knows how to mix cocktails. My guess is this HI owes 20% of their occupancy to return clients to her.
Cons: Staff lacks knowledge of the facility and front desk employees (Jamal) need to understand this is not their personal frat house. Obnoxious and rude. Being a Gold Member, we were upgraded to a suite. Once entering, the smell of deodorizer was so overwhelming, it made us cough and irritated our eyes. The deoderizor was obviously covering a bigger problem. We asked to be moved and offered the same room on the 2nd floor next to the parking lot and train tracks. Nope, didn't even look at this one. Next offered room 802 - I questioned if this was next to the elevator. I was told "no". So get there and she was right, not "next to" but BEHIND! We shared a wall with it and it was extremely noisy! Move #2... "Before you move us again, what do you have available before we bring our bags back down again?" We settled on room 611. Room was fine. Finally. But not before we were scolded by Jamal who was obviously put out for having to bring us keys. Spoke to Mercedes, the Manager who apologized for Jamal profusely (obviously not the 1st time). Better places to stay for sure.
Excellent 9,7
Cons: The only bad thing is the restaurant isn't that good its okay just not fantastic. I will say it is better then your run of the mill breakfast at every other hotel!
Good 6,7
Pros: The hotel was close the Portland airport. We were picked up by the hotel bus with no problems at all.
Good 6,0
Pros: The staff were very friendly and the hotel is in a good location
Cons: Hotel needs renovation. It is looking rather tired.

Pros: Not Much...it is close to PDX.
Cons: Avoid! Dirty carpet in guest room. Dirty hallway floors. Just a grungy feel overall. Had booked for 7 nights. Checked out after 2 nights. Wish I had taken pictures
Okay 5,4
Cons: The rooms are very small and completely out of the way of the you want to do anything in portland. Staff was friendly but it doesnt save them.
Excellent 10,0
Cons: Need slip proof mat in tub shower
Good 6,5
Pros: Some riff raff dudes arguing woke me up on a thursday night around 2:45. ASK for a room where the window doesn't face the airport - will help decrease jet noise.
Cons: It was fine - nothing fancy. Fridge wasnt' cold - and never got cold.
Good 6,2
Pros: The staff was wonderful. It's close to the airport, and the shuttle service was great. We stayed for two nights and, while the rooms were clean, they did not replenish the towels. The restaurant was very good, and the waitress was absolutely lovely.
Cons: The area does not feel very safe. There is not a security patrol around the parking lot, and two cars were broken into, and items were stolen, including a car seat. One car simply had an empty McDonald's bag, and still had their window broken. That is Portland, though. You simply cannot leave anything in a car, or it will be broken into. I would not feel safe staying here without my husband.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Responsiveness of staff; nice to have a frig and microwave; very clean room.
Cons: Everything was fine!
Good 6,0
Pros: Conveniently close to the airport; free shuttle; basic room, but it was clean
Cons: Noisy much of the night
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Staff was very efficient.
Cons: Nothing
Okay 4,5
Pros: comfortable bed, nice shower, good internet.
Cons: beyond good bed, nice shower, and good internet - everything else was mediocre to poor. would not stay there again. definitely over-priced.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Comfortable, clean, quiet, convenient, inexpensive, good staff, decent food in restaurant.
Cons: Heater in room was slightly not working.
Excellent 8,5
Pros: We really liked how close the hotel is to the airport, how convenient it was to park our car while we flew, and the airport shuttle. The best part was the staff! The front desk people were SO friendly and helpful, the shuttle drivers were more than helpful and drove safely, and the restaurant staff went out of their way to be helpful. We'll stay again because the staff was so wonderful.
Cons: We didn't like the bathrooms. The water in the shower didn't stay one temperature, ranging from painfully hot to freezing. The bathroom paint was old and the corners of the walls were full of grime. The vents were full of gunk as well. The beds were not very soft. The window curtains didn't close all the way and we had to prop a chair against them to keep them closed.
Excellent 10,0
Cons: When I called to confirm the morning of the stay, they had never heard of our KAYAK order and had no room

Cons: Cleaner floors
Okay 5,4
Pros: location, ease of check in/out.
Cons: Very dated. Bedspread looked like an orgy had just taken place on it.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Everything was well worth it for the price.
Cons: Pillows!!! They were not very comfortable, very lumpy.
Okay 4,8
Pros: I needed a place close to the airport and it was great for that. But it was so dirty. The hallways and lobby were bad, so I hoped my room would be better. Not. Drawers were open, bedding was torn, carpet was nasty and the room wouldn't get cool. I wouldn't stay there again.
Mediocre 2,2
Pros: Economical
Cons: Night front desk was very rude and mean. The room was very filthy and smells bad.
Okay 4,5
Cons: The room was freezing and the ac unit would and did not get the room above 60 degrees.
Mediocre 3,1
Pros: Convenient to airport, but much better options are available that are equally convenient.
Cons: This place is filthy and falling apart. I wouldn’t stay here again if it were for free.
Good 6,0
Pros: Service
Cons: Paper thin walls
Mediocre 2,0
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Rude, made us sit outside in the freezing cold at 2 AM because we were not 21 years of age, so we were unable to stay in the hotel for that reason. This was for business. I had no control over the last minute booking. They refused to refund us or give us any alternative besides paying 100.00 for an uber to drive an hour to our home. The man at front desk very rude and said very mean personal remarks. The hotel/motel looked very old, trashed and had a very bad smell. It's sad to see them treat a paying customer this way.
Mediocre 3,4
Pros: Low price for a night before flying out of PDX.
Cons: Dirty rooms and stained linens, including likely bloodstain on the decorative bed cover. Weird lumps under the carpet. Overall, dingy, outdated and run down. Would not recommend unless desperate for a cheap room near the airport. I'd spend a little more next time to stay in a better place.
Good 6,5
Pros: Quiet. Close to Portland airport. Waitress in restaurant. No cigarette smell in room, which was a no smoking room.
Cons: Restaurant food. Dingy rugs, walls in halls and rooms. Bath / sink fixtures very tight and difficult to turn water on. Smokey in reception / front desk area.
Good 6,0
Pros: The room was comfortable and kept us warm during the cold snowy week. We needed to print a few things and the copies were free.
Cons: I didn't like that we were charged twice for the hotel. We talked with the manager who was able to explain the situation and get the first charge reversed; the bummer is that it took 5-10 business days.
