Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests had mixed experiences at the hotel. Many appreciated the comfortable beds, spacious rooms, and helpful front desk staff. However, there were significant concerns about cleanliness, with multiple mentions of dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and maintenance issues. The lack of amenities such as a pool, restaurant, bar, and shuttle service was a frequent complaint. While the location was convenient for some, others found the surrounding area rundown or unsafe. Overall, the positives were the bed comfort and some aspects of room size and staff service, but these were often outweighed by negatives.

Pros (+) Price
Cons (-) The manager spoke to me very aggressive about what they did by charging me for the $ 150.00 $ deposit twice. He said I was stupid & told me I was to blame for not understanding the policy even though the young lady working the front desk the day before had assured me I would not be charged the deposit again if I needed to extend my stay. Then when I figured a way out to do it he refused my busines...

Pros (+) Nothing.
Cons (-) Rude, made us sit outside in the freezing cold at 2 AM because we were not 21 years of age, so we were unable to stay in the hotel for that reason. This was for business. I had no control over the last minute booking. They refused to refund us or give us any alternative besides paying 100.00 for an uber to drive an hour to our home. The man at front desk very rude and said very mean personal remar...
