Quiet. Close to Portland airport. Waitress in restaurant. No cigarette smell in room, which was a no smoking room.
Restaurant food. Dingy rugs, walls in halls and rooms. Bath / sink fixtures very tight and difficult to turn water on. Smokey in reception / front desk area.
Convenient to airport, but much better options are available that are equally convenient.
This place is filthy and falling apart. I wouldn’t stay here again if it were for free.
The room was freezing and the ac unit would and did not get the room above 60 degrees.
Night front desk was rude!
Night front desk was very rude and mean. The room was very filthy and smells bad.
Rude, made us sit outside in the freezing cold at 2 AM because we were not 21 years of age, so we were unable to stay in the hotel for that reason. This was for business. I had no control over the last minute booking. They refused to refund us or give us any alternative besides paying 100.00 for an uber to drive an hour to our home. The man at front desk very rude and said very mean personal remarks. The hotel/motel looked very old, trashed and had a very bad smell. It's sad to see them treat a paying customer this way.
location, ease of check in/out.
Very dated. Bedspread looked like an orgy had just taken place on it.
Got Charged Twice; Did Get Charge Reversed (in 5-1
The room was comfortable and kept us warm during the cold snowy week. We needed to print a few things and the copies were free.
I didn't like that we were charged twice for the hotel. We talked with the manager who was able to explain the situation and get the first charge reversed; the bummer is that it took 5-10 business days.
Only good for a cheap night before your flight
Low price for a night before flying out of PDX.
Dirty rooms and stained linens, including likely bloodstain on the decorative bed cover. Weird lumps under the carpet. Overall, dingy, outdated and run down. Would not recommend unless desperate for a cheap room near the airport. I'd spend a little more next time to stay in a better place.
Paper thin walls
Safe, but not clean
I needed a place close to the airport and it was great for that. But it was so dirty. The hallways and lobby were bad, so I hoped my room would be better. Not. Drawers were open, bedding was torn, carpet was nasty and the room wouldn't get cool. I wouldn't stay there again.
Everything was well worth it for the price.
Pillows!!! They were not very comfortable, very lumpy.
