Pros: Josh and Miriam are wonderful hosts. Pleasant, funny, and accommodating. The Inn is absolutely gorgeous, and we just loved learning about the history of the house. Great location, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, the University, wineries, hiking trails, and the coast. Amazing homemade breakfast!

Pros: The owners/inn keepers are delightful, room clean and comfortable, breakfast delicious and beautifully presented.

Pros: The house is beautifully and tastefully decorated. The breakfasts were fantastic and the owners were friendly, courteous and a joy to talk to. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. We will most definitely stay here again!

Cons: Parking seemed a little tight for guests in corner rooms like ours and when we went out we couldn’t get a spot close to our room upon return. The breakfast room is actually a converted guest room so it wasn’t very big. I think just 3 small tables for two. I didn’t like that sugary cereals are on offer, not good for adults or children. Cheerios would be a better option. I didn’t try the coffee so can’t comment. Otherwise it was the usual free breakfast fare we’ve come to expect.

Cons: There was a miscommunication between booking and the hotel. My booking confirmation clearly stated check in on 1/10 for a two queen room. When I got to the hotel they were tracking check in 1/11. They did not have any queen rooms and their offer to me was two King rooms at double the price. We are a family of 4 so one king room was out of the question and I was not going to pay double, especially for something that was not my fault. Vivian at the desk, called another hotel to see if they had a queen room. That was it. I was sent on my way at 7pm in the pouring rain with kids. I went to the hotel she called which was under construction and looked like a bomb had hit it. The front desk person there was super nice. They got me a reservation at a hotel not under construction for the original rate. That person was a life saver. The Hampton Inn, not so much! I get that the original mistake may not have been their fault, but they certainly could have done more to make the situation right.

Cons: The bed was horrible. Sagging in the middle. The front desk person was also rude when we first arrived saying that she had no rooms available that are clean which we found unacceptable as we had a reservation and did not plan on waiting 1-2 hours.

Pros: Our room was very well equipped and was appointed with pretty much every useful facility one might expect from a shorter-stay motel. The interior design is also quite nice. The area where the where the motel is situated turned out to be OK as well. Cleanliness is very good as well.

Cons: The rooms are extremely unconfortable during the winter months due to an unbearable / atroceous low interior temperature (it's almost like sleeping outside in the open). They don't seem to have any thermal insulation and the HVAC unit is seriously underpowered. We kept it turned on the highest setting, blasting lukewarm air for three evening hours, and the temperature became only slightly more bearable. However, one cannot sleep with it turned on since it's very noisy, and by the next morning our room was frozen again. Management is also very cheap about the matter since they should turn the HVAC on, hours before guests check-in (or even non-stop due to the apprent lack of thermal insulation in the walls), but obviously they don't. There is also some road noise coming inside the rooms due to the apparently hollow walls. We'll never stay here again.

Pros: Great view of the river. Generously sized room. Comfortable bed and pillows. The location is unusual in that it allows for walks along the scenic river front and taking advantage of a large shopping mall in its immediate vicinity.

Cons: A couple small maintenance matters needed to be addressed during our stay. They were taken care of but probably could have been caught prior to our arrival.

Pros: We love this location! I was able to walk to the nearby shops, and on the bike / walking trail right outside the hotel along the Willamette River. Later we walked to the movie theater. Driving to nearby areas was super easy. The room is spacious and has all the amenities including fridge, coffeepot, hairdryer. I like the shampoo, conditioner and shower soap mounted in the shower, rather than the wasteful little bottles of those items. We found the bed to be soft but comfy. The rug was in great shape. We enjoyed the view of the river, an upgrade granted by the staff at the front desk!

Cons: In the daytime, the room has loads of natural light, but when it's dark out the room's three lamps did not provide adequate lighting (couldn't see in the drawers for example), I ended up using my flashlight a couple times. The bathroom lighting is perfect.

Pros: Location on the riverside must be nice on a sunny day. I was unlucky, as it was raining all day. Staff was very friendly and there is plenty free parking available.

Cons: Bathrooms are outdated. There was a strong chloride smell in the room. General appearance of the accommodation really needs to be refreshed.

Pros: everything was great. We didn't bring our dogs, but learned that it was dog friendly, and it makes us want to come back again with them. We especially loved the wine tasting in the lobby!! very nice touch! Oh, and the restaurant was also very good.

Cons: Could hear whole conversations in the next room and every footstep from above us. It is way over priced for an average facility.

Pros: The management were great. Very helpful and accommodating. In town for relocation view and husband decided to join me. No extra rooms so brought air bed. Mgmt accommodated us with a larger room. Perfect!

Cons: For some reason the cleaning staff decided it was OK to urinate in the toilet after it was cleaned and not flush the toilet afterward. Also, released the air out of the bed. Why???

Pros: Staying here was a wonderful experience. It provides Cadillac experience at a fiat price. Pascoal and Cristy are truly wonderful hosts. The rooms are very clean and each has a microwave, refridgerator, coffee, a TV where the channel selection is good - they even have an iron and ironing board. All rooms are on the ground floor and breakfast is way better than an average continental breakfast. I really enjoyed my stay here - in fact I came back for a second night, had a different room and it was just as good as the first - so quality is very consistent. The beds are very comfortable, the air conditioner / heater and cooler work well and get to the right temperature quickly. Wifi works well and is fast enough for most needs. There is a desk to work on and the lighting is excellent. Restaurants are 0.1 mile away and a 711 is within a hundred years. I would definitely recommend the Rodeway Inn to colleagues!!

The location was a bit sketchy, but our experience was positive. The staff was friendly, welcoming and informative.I would totally stay here again.

Cons: Desk clerk stated my husband James was rude to owner when he came about needing linens. This was an out & out lie. I, James wife, Debi is who spoke with him. After she told us about this lie I wanted to talk with owner. She then said "James scared him changing her story, another lie". I stated I was going to contact booking.com and she wanted to just let things go and apologized to us. We used the Executivd Inn for visiting our daughter & granddaughter but never again as long as we have to deal with a liar. She also stated the beings the owner was from a foreign country he was on guard for such treatment, I nearly flipped out and told her we did not do such treatment to him, she agreed but said people do it all the time to him!!!! Other than her mouth full of lies to us we enjoyed our stays there. We just made reservations for a motel close by for a week but if not for her we'd of definitely stayed with Executive.
