A fantastic hotel in a prime location on the river
Such a pleasure to come back ! The service is still outstanding. Perfection
The burgers are less good the they used to be. The grass tennis courts were a big plus . Now it is less elegant ...
A super nice hotel with lots of details. Very beautiful; the service level is very high. Fantastic SPA, great GYM, big swimming pool, and decent Bamboo bar. Wonderful experience
A lot of facilities.
There were mosquitoes in the room. I had to keep trying killing them. When I told the desk staff, she was indifferent.
Truly 5 stars service! The interior design both in the room ( garden suites) and the afternoon tea area are absolutely beautiful and elegant! The ambiance is really classy, you can find both relaxing and luxury feeling in the hotel. This was my second time to stay in this hotel, and again I don’t think I want to go elsewhere when I visit Bangkok.
Almost nothing but I would like to have the gym in the main building rather than take a boat trip.
