Location is awesome! Rooftop hot tubs!
Found contact lenses and blood on bed clothes. Heating/ac was extremely noisy. There was no clear directions between elevators. Check in requests were ignored. The coffee machine in our room was awful. Took 4/5 tries to get it going and coffee was awful.

The location was amazing, easy to walk to all restaurants, shops, etc. the free parking was a big plus as well. Rooms are updated and very clean. Rooftop hot tub was nice, staff always very friendly. Hotel was super sweet and left us flowers in room with a card for our anniversary, very nice touch!
The bed was a tad uncomfortable, along with the pillows. For 3 nights I was just fairly uncomfortable by the 3rd night, however everyone’s preference is so different with bed type. The huge downside was that one hot tub was broken/shut down so the one hot tub that was open was extremely crowded and we weren’t able to use it 1 night due to amount of people. Also hot tub is not kept hot enough for it being outside.

Great location. The rooms are modern and cozy. The staff are friendly and there is onsite parking available.
It can be noisy as it is so central however the hotel obviously recognises that and gives you ear plugs. It didn't really bother me that much as I was able to fall back to sleep pretty easily.

Liked the location and how we could walk everywhere in town.
It says there is free parking. But it is limited had to park in the three hour parking and then move the vehicle in the morning. Ended up parking on the road and walking.

The beds are comfortable and the location is good.
The parking was challenging as the hotel was full and there were not enough spots for everyone.
