Comfortable Pet Friendly Stay
Very clean room that was a good size. My dog was able to stay with us.
One staff member was quite rude while the other we dealt with was fantastic.
Right on Banff Ave with limited underground parking but was clean, comfortable enough for the cost. Needs an update but would stay again
Noisy rooms and rude staff
Noisy rooms, noise from pets, older building, 3 times calling off by not so courteous front desk staff despite we were checking out from room while checking out.
very small bathroom
the room was clean, it had fridge in the room. the staff was also very friendly.
i did not like the bathroom, it was very small, plus the sink was outside the bathroom. i had my kids with me and while they were sleeping it was not appropriate for me to make noise in the room. not a good location to put the sink
