Front desk helped us get a room with a view of mountains and were very accommodating. Maps and brochures available in lobby to aid tourists. Soaps and bath items are very nice.
Artificial flowers in pool area where real plants would probably thrive. Needs to keep on updating to appeal to current standards, including carpet and paint finishes.
Fantastic place to stay
Nice big rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff
Walk to town was a little longer than most hotels, but still a great location.
Nice and clean. Staff were helpful and very friendly.
Loved the proximity to the playground, and loved the pool and hot tub. The staff was very nice, and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
The pillows were so big and uncomfortable.
Beautiful fireplace. Very clean.
Hot tub was too cool.
value for money
Clean and comfortable room, very friendly and helpful receptions, high quality breakfast, and convenient location, all of that make the lodge is an excellent place to stay for a few day in Banff.
It seems the drains in the bathroom were clogged up a little.
The staff was very nice and helpful. I had a couple of special requests for assistance getting a contract signed and emailed out, and the front desk people got it scanned and to me within minutes. The breakfast buffet was quite good.
nothing - I loved the stay.
The hotel is quaint and well appointed. Staff are friendly. Eager to assist. Close to town center. Would love to stay again.
I liked it expect after paying so much. Breakfast should have been included. A simple hot ceral or cold coffee and some some fruit & yogurt.
Beautiful facility and very clean
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel, pool and fitness room were beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and rooms very quiet.
Our dinner at the restaurant was delicious but a bit pricey.
They upgraded us to a king sized bed without asking and the hotel was really quiet.
The fireplace and jacuzzi tub
