Pros (+) The new hot tubs and the nice decor across the lodge
Cons (-) Toilets were never cleaned, bath tub remained clogged the whole stay, the heating in the room was poor, the bed was very hard, sheets were very thin. Breakfast was not bad but some mornings were worse than others

Pros (+) We loved it here. Spacious room, very clean. Good breakfast, free parking, a gym. Highly recommend.

Pros (+) It was a nice room. No bed bugs. Clean. Walking distance to main shopping and restaurants.
Cons (-) There is no pool even though they say there is. You have to go next door to the neighbor hotel and it is dingy and very sketchy hot tub area. Pool is in completely different area. Breakfast was supposed to be until 11:00 am and was cleaned up and put away by 10:30 am. A decent walk from most shopping areas and restaurants. Not worth $400 + for a night. One of the only rooms without a balcony.

Pros (+) Rooms were basic but nice and clean.
Cons (-) The breakfast was chaotic and not very well organized. I had to ask for glasses for juice, mugs for hot drinks, cutlery and bowls for cereal. There was some cutlery behind all the food on the window shelf, but this wasn't really visible when people were serving themselves food. When I did notice the cutlery tray, there were only spoons left. The hot water for the tea was lukewarm. My daughter and ...

Pros (+) Beds were clean and comfortable and bathroom was also clean. Did not stay in hotel much but it was fairly quiet and the free hot breakfast was a nice bonus. The underground parking was secure and warm.

Pros (+) Good value, underground parking, decent complementary breakfast buffet, good bed.
Cons (-) The hallways were covered in drywall mud patches so must have been prepping for some repainting or something. Temporary inconvenience but not a sightly interior.
