Great ambiance and modern mountain design.
The new hot tubs seal it
The new hot tubs and the nice decor across the lodge
Toilets were never cleaned, bath tub remained clogged the whole stay, the heating in the room was poor, the bed was very hard, sheets were very thin. Breakfast was not bad but some mornings were worse than others
So happy we chose to stay here
We loved it here. Spacious room, very clean. Good breakfast, free parking, a gym. Highly recommend.
Ok but not going to stay there again.
It was a nice room. No bed bugs. Clean. Walking distance to main shopping and restaurants.
There is no pool even though they say there is. You have to go next door to the neighbor hotel and it is dingy and very sketchy hot tub area. Pool is in completely different area. Breakfast was supposed to be until 11:00 am and was cleaned up and put away by 10:30 am. A decent walk from most shopping areas and restaurants. Not worth $400 + for a night. One of the only rooms without a balcony.
Rooms were basic but nice and clean.
The breakfast was chaotic and not very well organized. I had to ask for glasses for juice, mugs for hot drinks, cutlery and bowls for cereal. There was some cutlery behind all the food on the window shelf, but this wasn't really visible when people were serving themselves food. When I did notice the cutlery tray, there were only spoons left. The hot water for the tea was lukewarm. My daughter and I were sat right next to where the food was served and the line was being constantly held up by guests waiting for more coffee, juice, milk for cereal, etc. I did not know there was any bacon, until about 15 minutes after I had sat down as there was none when we first got there. I only realized when someone walked past me with the bacon. Whoever was in charge of making sure all the hot foods and other foods were in constant supply were not monitoring this properly. The only time all foods were well stocked was after 10:00am, when the bacon, sausage and egg were piled high, but as it was after 10:00am, no-one else was coming in to eat it. My daughter and I left around 10:40am and there was hardly anyone left so a lot of food would have gone to waste, when this should have been in abundance earlier on. Though it was chaotic, the workers who were replacing finished food items and tidying up, were pleasant and friendly throughout. I would have preferred an earlier check in time. Checking at 4pm and having to be out of the room the next morning at 11am, does not leave a lot of time to enjoy the amenities, (pool & hot tub) in the hotel or in the area. I felt short-changed. I would be reluctant to book again because of the not very pleasant breakfast experience.
Simple and good value
Beds were clean and comfortable and bathroom was also clean. Did not stay in hotel much but it was fairly quiet and the free hot breakfast was a nice bonus. The underground parking was secure and warm.
Could do a bit of updating with TV and bedding
Good value for the money
Good value, underground parking, decent complementary breakfast buffet, good bed.
The hallways were covered in drywall mud patches so must have been prepping for some repainting or something. Temporary inconvenience but not a sightly interior.
super comfort beds
I love how spacious the room is, very clean, the bed is so comfortable. The parking is very convenient and secure.
the breakfast was adequate but modest
Breakfast was fine and the bed was comfortable.
We had sewer water coming up our bathroom sink at 7:30 am and the night before I noticed some black soot in the sink but did not know why. We left our room as soon as possible reported this to the front desk. The manager only offered a 50% return for the room rate when I thought it would only be right to fully compensate us for such an extreme inconvenience. Disgusting!
Kind of a dump.
Run down and outdated.
Rooms and Beds were good
INTERNET WAS VERY POOR STRENGTH . COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST WAS NOT GOOD . Some time they do not attend call at reception desk nor they call back to room
