The room was very comfortable with modern amenities.
The breakfast room and breakfast offerings were not the best.
The room was large and newly renovated.
The staff was not overly friendly. The walls were thin so I could hear the cleaning staff chatting very loudly early in the morning before we were ready to wake up for breakfast. The pool/hot tub area was small and in desperate need of updating. The breakfast room was small and cramped. The breakfast was not refilled quickly and what was there was not kept warm properly. The elevator was slow and the door kept closing on people. Rooms were very over priced and not a good value for our money.
Lovely facilities, updated, large rooms, nice breakfast on a busy weekend, the busiest of the year.
Staff horrible. I am handicapped, said so at booking so I got the room the FURTHEST from the elevator. Maid lied and gave no room service on my one night, 2 or 3 conditioners and NO shampoo. Had to get my key programmed 3 times to get it to work. Staff needs massive training. Management, wake up
Clean rooms with very friendly staff. Easy central access to the hotel's amenities.
The arrival area is a bit small. This makes getting to rhe underground parking a challenge when its busy.
Breakfast was great & so was the location - very convenient.
