Location was good. Comfortable. Reasonable priced.
Free continental breakfast
I liked the spa, sauna, and steam room
Hotel was great. Disliked the view of our room though (1st floor on the back side of the hotel). Our view was of a bus parked right in front of our window. Lame. Room was great inside. Fridge was convenient. Continental breakfast was tasty. The poutine at carlitos pizzeria was the bomb diggity. The town became really active at night with all the young kids going out to the bars. My friends and I had no complaints and we really enjoyed going in the spa, sauna, and steam room after hiking all day.
Our view. Buses are not fun to look at. Plus you feel like people are in there creeping on you in your room even though you know it's empty.
BASIC BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR
- VERY CLEAN - UNDERGROUND HEATED PARKING - HOT TUB WAS VERY HOT GREAT FOR A DAY AFTER SKIING - GOOD STAFF
- CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST WAS VERY LIMITED AND MUFFINS WERE FREEZER BURNT - STEAM ROOM DIDN'T WORK THE FIRST NIGHT - JETS IN HOT TUB NEVER WORKED AT ALL - VERY HARD TO GET A NORMAL TEMPERATURE IN ROOM WAS VERY HOT IF YOU HAD THE HEATER ON AT ALL
An easy walk to restaurants and the village. An accessable hotel for mountains and all the enjoyment of the quaint city.
Room had sufficient space and indoor underground parking was available.
Expensive for what you get: rooms aren't anything special, hot tub right next to bar, i.e. not very usable, no exercise room. Uninspired breakfast buffet. Check-in time is late, would have preferred to check in earlier.
The staff was nice, and the room was nice and clean.
The complimentary breakfast was great, and the underground parking was also wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The noise outside our room at night would be the only complaint. Also, the pictures on the website are misleading, and make the rooms look as if they have hardwood or laminate.
we were able to walk to the downtown area from the hotel in less than 10 minutes. The underground, indoor parking was nice.
Underground parking could be bigger as it did not accomadate all the visitors staying at hotel.
convenient to the Banff centre and all that the town offers
unfortuntely it was extremely busy at breakfast on the long weekend
Comments I had noted when making the reservation were taken into consideration when picking my room - Thank you.
We liked the central location of the Inn. We also enjoyed the quiet rooms.
As I've already mentioned, the hostesses for the continental breakfasts lacked enthusiam and friendliness.
The ungerground secure, heated parking, complimentary breakfast, helpful staff and proximatey to downtown
