Pros (+) The hot tubs were amazing, however it would be nice if they were open 24hours.
Cons (-) The breakfast bar was mediocre; there was one older waiter with gray hair who was very rude. Unforunately the horrible waiter definitely impacted our stay and left a bad last impression.

Pros (+) The staff on the front desk were fantastically helpful whenever we needed a recommendation or directions. The included breakfast was always fantastic, a wide variety of options some of which changed every day.
Cons (-) The hot tub and pool chlorine was pretty strong, i like a good soak after skiing but i had to leave before i would have liked.
