Pros: The welcome and kindness of Salvatore and all the staff was wonderful. They were really helpful in all respects even when we had to leave unexpectedly early morning because of a flight cancellation and come in specially to take my payment at 11pm!! They also helped us with the wheelchair we hired for our stay with my father (89) from Wheelchairsinitaly which worked really well. The rooms were nice and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent - especially the homemade cakes!

Pros: I am very pleased of our stay from beginning to the end!!! Vera was welcoming, made you feel home but as well of giving you privacy. She even brought us to cava grande where she gave us a Gaterade to drink on our way back, so thoughtful. Even we stayed for only two days, we keep a very nice souvenir of our stay!! I highly recommend!!

Cons: The price on the booking is not real, we have been charged another 9 euros, which was totally unpleasant because the reservation stated that the price includes all taxes. We had a very small soap for 2 people 3 nights, we had to buy soap and shampoo.

Cons: The shower arm wouldn’t stay up, making showering difficult. I expected to pay on a card and had to pay by cash. Would have been nice to have kettle facilities in the room and more soap.

Pros: This was an ideal base for travelling to places like Syracuse, Noto and some great beaches. There was secure parking on the premises and nice breakfasts were served in the lovely garden. The hosts were friendly and the room was large and well equipped. We found some lovely restaurants within walking distance of the property

Pros: Property lived up to the reviews we had seen...right on the water with tremendous views of the Ionian Sea! Room was spacious with air conditioning and small min fridge if you needed snacks for the night. Our hosts were warm and friendly and was a complete family run operation. Breakfast was complemented by homemade jams and marmalade from fruit from their small farm and my first taste of fresh handpicked mulberries! Would go back in a heartbeat! The room was wonderfully clean and and all that you want when on vacation. Walking distance to all of Avola and all the beaches and a great central location for day trips to Noto, Siracusa and Pachino...

Delicious breakfast with home-grown ingredients, very friendly hosts, they have prepared especially for us continental breakfast. Everything was super tasty: cheese with almonds, orange jam, local fruit. Safe parking spot in the internal parking. Beautiful view from the window, sea sound all the time. Nice garden with palms and chairs to eat breakfast or drink coffee by the sea.

Cons: Beautiful property jailed behind a massive sliding gate. No proper stairs or access to the sea just behind the BnB wall, need to climb across seaweed and stones. Somewhat bleak room decoration.
