Customer ServicePros:Due to a delay in our luggage arriving, we couldn't pick up the reservation as scheduled. Pros:Staff at pick up and drop off were great and check-out was seamless.Cons:Chevy Cruze is a terrible highway car.; very uncomfortable & noisy. Car was dirty and dusty inside and out. Car had large dent in drivers side door.Reviewed Oct 20 2015
