Pros: I was given an upgrade because they didn’t have a manual. It was an Audi! Very nice car. Thank you.

Pros: The speed of the drop off.
Cons: As I have mentioned, they charged me more than it was arranged. It took me quite a bit to get a reimbursement, which was settled by AVIS Brazil rather than by AVIS Norway.

Cons: The pickup area has little space for loading the car, especially if the renter must install carseats for small children

Cons: The cars listed were six to seven times below their actual cost when booking. When contacted kayak, they said they're not responsible for cost. Then why post it to begin with? Was a loyal kayak user before this, but this incident ruined my entire trip and will use other services.
