Pros: Got a Volvo.
Cons: BEWARE OF HERTZ AT OSLO GARDERMOEN AIRPORT - I rented a car for 3 days at a rate of $91.77. It was for an intermediate size car and you describe it as a Volvo V40 or similar. - You gave me a Volvo V40, yet you charged me an additional $15 a day for a car upgrade fee. - I returned the car rental one day early at which point you said I would be getting a credit for the mistakenly charged $15 per day car upgrade fee, and the one day of the car rental I did not use. You said I would be charged $61.18. - I got the receipt this morning. Not only did you not charge me 61.18. You charged me $157.79 for the car rental. I commend you for removing the $15 per day car upgrade fee as you promised. But I noticed your Oslo Airport Agent changed the per day rate on the car from 3 days at $30.59 to 2 days at $78.89. - I should’ve suspected something was up when I asked for a receipt and you told me the system has to email it to me. I guess you figured I’d be thousands of miles away before I noticed. Hertz you’re corrupt and deserve to go out of business. Your agents at Norway’s Gardermoen Airport are con artists and are deceptive.

Pros: Staff was helpful in addressing the problems that we had with two rental cars.
Cons: The first rental car we were given needed an oil change, so we had to get a second replacement car. The replacement car developed a brake problem during our trip, so we turned that car in for a third car.

Pros: The staff was very kind and helpfull. Easy to find the location.
Cons: I should like te know more about how you can pay road taxes. If it would be possible to pay them by myself online.

Cons: A bit more help setting up Tesla, particularly where to super charge etc ottherwise phenomenal drive and paid for itself if fuel saving given the amount we drove in Norway and the v high costs of car hire tax and fuel

Pros: The drop off was too easy. They never bothered to look at the car or point out alleged damage (which was pre-existing), only to send a notice of charge for "new" damage nearly three days after the car was dropped off.
Cons: Hertz fraudulently charged for damage that they themselves had identified prior to pick-up, claiming the damage was new.

Pros: Very swift and clean pick up transaction. Return was completely opposite - no person to help out, not enough parking bays so we were advised to double park - car turned out to have some damage which i wholly dispute Got an email saying car wasnt returned, few hrs later for a damage claim
