The rep didn’t have the car ready even though we set it for a specific time. He then said to come at a certain time so he can get the car ready. After we picked it up, the car was dirty. The windows on the inside had a film on it as if it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. There was still trash in between the seats and in the back. The doors were not clean, you could see spots of dirty fingers on the door panel. Car was not vacuumed either.Reviewed Sept 23 2026

Oly was a wonderful person who provided a couple of different models that were available. He did not rush me and explained the features on the vehicle before I left. It was an experience I have never had and highly recommend Avis in Alhambra.Reviewed Apr 30 2026
