Pros (+) The bed was super comfortable. it was peaceful, and easy access for pick up. I wasn't far from East and Downtown Austin. This place allow the opportunity to explore the town
Cons (-) heater unit made noise everytime it came on it did not allow me to sleep. extra blan8in closet wsd in plastic bag with human hair and what appeared to be feces smeared on it, no booklet with phone numbers or area attractions/restaurant, writing pad on desk had few sheets left on pad, room was dusty not cleaned to Marriott standards. I will not be staying at this hotel again, very disappointed.
Pros (+) Hotel accommodated my service dog. Housekeeping was prompt and thorough . Breakfast was nice.
Pros (+) The first of 5 hotels on our trip that did not smell. With the other four, we began to think that the foul odor was natural for the climate.
Cons (-) Nothing. The best hotel during our vacation.
Pros (+) It was very clean, and the staff were very friendly. They helped us find a restaraunt. Beds were very comfy.
Cons (-) Inside pool smelled horrible and was freezing cold.
