Pros: Warm welcome, deliciously quirky house, a stop in time well appreciated !

8,3 Excellent
Pros: Food was amazing. Home was cozy. Judith was a perfect host and very sweet. Walking distance to everything. It was fun getting to visit with other guests. Perfect girls weekend location. We will be back for sure. Thank you Judith!
Cons: Nothing really
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent hostess and nice decor. Good WiFi and breakfast, and a great dog too!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was wonderful! Comfy bed, delicious meals, attentive host and bonus was the friendly dog and cat who made an appearance on our first morning. Judith managed to accommodate all my request for rose petals on the bed and our favorite dessert as a surprise for my wife on our first night of the honeymoon. I could not have asked for a better place to stay. Close to town for walking distance to shops, local bars/pubs and great restaurants in the area.
Cons: Lights were a little TOO bright so it was hard to make lighting for us that was both enough to see and communicate by (we're deaf so need good lighting to communicate by ASL) and not blind us or make us feel like it was daytime at midnight. Bathroom in the hallway was a little cramped but otherwise spotless and well stocked.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good, sausage overcooked. Great wine on arrival, inn keeper steve played piano and guitar. Evonne a lot of fun and great with dinner ideas. Loved the wine glasses we purchased.
Cons: Breakfast table could have been set up when we came to breakfast. Could set up the night before which would give the inn keepers time to prepare the meal. There timing was off. Everything else was great
8,2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was amazing! The place feels more like staying at someone's home, rather than a hotel. Judith makes sure everyone is taken care of and different schedules can be accommodated.
Cons: Well, if you look closely at anything it could all use a good scrub down. Once I figured out how to open the front door that was fine, but the lock on my room was pretty tough. I had to set all my stuff on the floor and use both hands to unlock it.

Pros: Room was very large and comfortable. We enjoyed hearing the sea lions on the floating dock nearby.
Cons: The room heater was not on a regular thermostat. It was off and the room was freezing when we checked in. Once heated up, it kept on heating, even when we turned it down several times through the night. There are few nearby restaurants.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: location is good, free parking. size of room is good, 2 queen beds, plus sofa.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: My son thought it was the coolest thing that we were so close to the Columbia. We could hear the sea lions barking - it was the highlight of our stay.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Want to compliment the 2 women, Kari & Suzanne who serviced the complimentary breakfast. The hotel was totally full & the breakfast place was packed with demanding people. The women handled it with efficiency & grace.
Cons: It is too difficult to leave a word of praise like I did above for Kari & Suzanne. Wanted to compliment them directly at the hotel & not be forced to go on-line.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was perfect for our needs. Close enough to town without being right in the mix of everything. The staff was incredibly friendly. The breakfast attendant took a lot of time to give us a local's perspective of what to see/do.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything we needed, including wi-fi and fridge in the room. Breakfast had lots of options, was promptly re-supplied, and food/eating areas maintained clean. Really liked the location next to river, river path, and Safeway.
Cons: Would be helpful to make the driveway entrance more clear when dark, by maybe adding spotlights. It was a little confusing for me, being new to the area.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! Nothing not to like. The room was clean and roomy - very comfortable. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was great!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We loved the friendly staff, easy check-in, the fact they allow dogs, and the pool, jacuzzi, and sauna are excellent. We stayed 10 whole nights over our Christmas vacation and visited family. The cleaning staff were great and actually worked around our schedule a few times, so that was nice. Initially, we were kind of bummed thinking about staying in a hotel (as AirBnB is very limited in Astoria), but I'm glad we did. It was EXCELLENT. The breakfast is a full spread with nearly anything you might want. The dining room gets full quickly, but we always found a table. Grab some fruit on your way out for the day : )

9,1 Excellent
Pros: We just got back from staying at the Astoria Crest Motel in room 120. It had a gorgeous view of the Columbia and the Astoria bridge. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. I really liked how the sink, with coffee maker, fridge and microwave were separated from the main room and also separate from the toilet/bath room. There was a comfortable sofa that I kicked back in and watched the cargo ships. The continental breakfast and lobby area were very nice and comfortable. Lovely place to watch the rain this morning. The staff were pleasant to talk with while we waited for a break in the weather to go back to our room. The price was very economical and way less than the chain establishments in Astoria. Good Job.
Cons: The hot tub is really tiny.
8,2 Excellent
Pros: Quiet- we had a room facing the road but very little road noise. We have stayed here before. They've since changed owners and fixed it up. There is a large breakfast area now with ample tables. The breakfast included make your own waffles, yogurt, cereal, fruit, bagels and other usual breakfast items. It's a little ways out of town but not much and it's more quieter and peaceful because of that. There's a hot tub and pet friendly. We got the no pet room. Great value for the money. We'd definitely stay here again on our coast trips.
Cons: Nothing
7,7 Good
Pros: Room was clean and cozy.
Cons: Parking for our particular room. The stairs were in the way.
5,4 Okay
Pros: Okay stay for outside of the town proper.
Cons: I was quoted $70/night, but charged $142/night. I would NEVER pay such a rate for a hotel that offers so little in ammenties; we could hear every word from our neighbors; and the plumbing was loud at every hour.
5,4 Okay
Pros: Location was ok - room was clean
Cons: We placed the do not disturb notice so we could get ready to leave for the day. When we returned my husband went to the office to request maid service and he said that the front desk person was so rude that we will not return to this location.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The view, nice and quite, sitting in the hot tub watching the ships.
Cons: Liked everything

9,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, breakfast was wonderful and staff could not have been any friendlier. Would happily stay there again if in the area

Pros: We always come to this place. This time they gave us a free upgrade and this room is spectacular. I’ll always be choosing these type rooms now! They always have a nice diverse breakfast as well.
Cons: It was all good.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I really enjoyed the hotel! Rooms are cute and have a beautiful view of the bridge!
Cons: I have children and the only thing that would have made the hotel better is a pool! I tried to cancel after making a pay at check in reservation thru booking because we were going to find a place with a pool but booking wouldn't let me cancel. Then they charge my card for the cost of the room. That was frustrating. But the hotel exceeded my expectations, I walked in thinking I would hate it because of my experience with booking but I didn't at all!
8,5 Excellent
Pros: Very nice view onto the marina, wonderfully quiet, friendly staff, hot cookies at any hour, very nice breakfast, comfortable bed, reasonably clean.
Cons: . Carpet was stained,
10,0 Excellent
Cons: Nice to have a plugin for electric hybrid car
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel has views of the marina and bridge from all the rooms. The view from the breakfast is especially good. The breakfast was very good, with fresh bagels, good coffee, and nice fried eggs to make a good breakfast sandwich. The bed was comfortable, and the front desk reception very pleasant. Highly recommend.
2,0 Mediocre
Pros: The room was on the river but facing a marina full of unmaintained old boats
Cons: When arriving to the property the first thing you see is a boarded up rotted falling into the river what used to be the hotel restaurant & lounge. The room reserved for us was not very clean, had a collapsed broken bed frame & badly warn & stained carpet
10,0 Excellent
Pros: They use fitted sheets!!
Cons: It was a little dated and the toilet would refill loudly after the tank would leak out. It didn't leak onto the floor, it wasn't gross. It just would refill tank rather loudly.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Location and view of the Harbor.
Cons: First and probably the last stay at this hotel. Booked room 2 months in advance and it was a Pet Friendly room, was charged $15 per night additional for the pet. I assumed pet fee was included as I had tried to book a different room and was told because of the pet it was not available. We did not have the maid service any of the 5 days/4 nights we stayed, we just exchanged towels and took out our own trash, we don't like people in our room while we are out. There was no offer to discount the $60 pet fee. We were put in a room at the bottom of the second floor stairs, the door had a 1/2 inch wide gap that air, noise, and rain came thru so we on the second night shoved a towel in it to seal. The floor sloped so bad half way thru the room toward the door you were almost falling into the door when you went to leave. Not a comfortable feeling, it had to have been about a 6 inch drop in about 10 feet. The fisherman that had is boat moored at the Marina and came and went at all hours was not very enjoyable, bad enough we could here the cars, people and wind out the door the starting of a boat engine during the night and early hours was even worse. Not a restful stay!

Pros: The view of the Columbia river and the bridge was great. We really enjoyed having a separate bedroom especially since we had our baby with us. A very good location thats within walking distance of restaurants, parks, and the trolley.
Cons: There wasnt a lot of parking in front of our building, but there was a 2nd lot to the west, you just have to drive out on the main highway to get there.
3,0 Mediocre
Cons: Carpet could have been cleaner. The dining room chairs were grouse with stains on them. A couple of the kitchen drawers were dirty.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The price. The staff was very helpful when I had a question but knew nothing about restaurants.
Cons: This is an old ramshackle family owned motel. It is on a main road and you do hear the traffic. Same is true of many budget hotels in Astoria--and even some of the better places
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Location and manager
Cons: I did not report the issue but toliet seat was very loose. Bed was hard but comfortable by 2nd night. Check in was easy.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: As advertised, we were the only ones to stay two nights and got a 2nd floor river view
Cons: The shower did not have a liner to go with curtain so it was either soak the curtain or the floor.

Cons: Disgustingly over priced at $'----. I stayed here years ago at $---. I won't be back on weekends as it drops to $--- midweek. It's got bad noise from hwy traffic which kept me up late and got me up early. Also fishermen get up at 5am and make noise.
