The seats in the Grand caravan are horrible for long rides everyone in the van on our trip was miserable the way the seats are made your legs fall asleep horribly and cause back pain even in our small kids were having the same issues will not ever rent a Dodge Grand Caravan again2,0 Poor

even though i was contacted ahead of time for credit card/dl info etc which was supposed to expedite the process - I still waited over 1 hour to get a vehicle. I had also asked specifically where the shuttle van from the cruise ship to the car rental location would be - and was assured that it would be very easy to locate once getting off the ship. There were NO signs, persons or any other means of direction to locate the shuttle van which was not even identified by decals or signage of any kind. I was also charged for the rental and the prepayment amounts. The prepayment was supposed to be reversed when the vehicle was returned - but was not. I was told it can take up to 3-5 business days for that to happen - yet the actual rental charge took zero days to appear on my card.8,8 Very Good
