Didnt eat their provided breakfast.
NO fridge, no coffee maker, no housekeeping. Woman at Desk Sunday at checkout was snotty and rude. Did not know until check out coffee tea and water always avaialble
We’ve stayed here a couple years ago and we had a much bigger room but our room this time was just as fantastic. The staff did a great job with all the Covid precautions all the while making you feel comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t the same due to the era we are in but it was just fine anyway. Our room was clean and comfortable and we will definitely be back. The location is probably the absolute best because you can walk to everything you need.
The AC was very loud and woke us up quite often but we knew it going in. It’s a very old building and that’s just how it is.
Charming, great location in the heart of shops and restaurants, quiet, great beds, well restored, felt almost like a small European hotel in a small town that has much to offer.
Can’t think of anything for us as a retired couple.
The Chai Cinnamon rolls for breakfast were decadent. Loved that they had oatmeal of many varieties. The bathroom floor was heated and I thought that was pretty neat, they even have robes in the closet :)!. Parking is free until noon in the lot near 12th & Duane. I left my charger at home by accident and the front receptionist let me borrow one. Stellar service. The hotel is walking distance to everything. I would stay here again.
great location, comfortable room
decor is dated, art is mismatched and uninspiring
