7,9 Good
Pros: Facilities were nice and staff is friendly. Short walk towards the mountains and you can take a nice hike with stunning view. Dinner and breakfast buffet were good.
Cons: We couldn't use indoor pool since we arrived on Sunday after 16.00 and it was closed (opened again only on Monday at 18.00). Outdoor pool was too cold to swim in it :( Also, there was 1 long pillow for 2 persons, so in the middle of the night it turned out to be not the best solution.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff. The location. Wonderful walks. Although better to have a car. Very spacious hotel. Good food.
Cons: Rather busy in buffet at weekend and coffee machine not accessible
5,0 Okay
Pros: Breakfast food was quite good. Room was quite good. Indoor parking was good. Dogs are permitted
Cons: Hotel has Whatsapp service. They ask to contact via whatsapp during hotel stay. No answer. This servise in not working and is not useful. Hotel has some music in corridor. It was annoying when you was trying to sleep. Breakfast organisation and management is nor working.
1,0 Poor
Pros: The Restaurant and food was nice
Cons: The rooms / hotel needed a refurb. The location wasn't great! - You could only use the indoor pool for one hour with the children for an extra cost, which seemed ridiculous! - The person that worked in the spa was condescending.
1,0 Poor
Pros: The food was nice & friendly restaurant staff
Cons: Being charged to use the pool & only allocated one hour. The hotel needs a refurb!
3,0 Mediocre
Cons: The room was very smelly and looks old it doesn't look like 4 stars hotel, maybe when it was new.
5,7 Okay
Pros: It was adequate.
Cons: Dinner was over priced
5,0 Okay
Pros: Room, Bathroom very good plus ground floor accommodation we requested was provided. Breakfast was excellent.
Cons: The buffet evening meal was poor and not good value. No kettle provided in the room, which is very mean. The hotel was past its best showing signs of poor maintenance. Hard to find. Two Sat Nav devices failed to recognise the address. Location was a long way from the main arterial road.

6,0 Good
Pros: This is an historic building in a wonderful mountain setting. The food is excellent, with large portions and the restaurant has great views during daylight hours. There is a built-in music system in the lounge, bathroom & bedroom, which is a lovely touch. The sound quality is good too. The bed is comfortable. There is a log fire in the lounge, which is ready for you to light, if it gets cold. The scenery is wonderful and the location very good for visiting Antequera, The Torcals & Lobo Parque.
Cons: The male receptionist was poor on our arrival, and was not friendly or welcoming. However, the lady on our departure was very friendly. There was a long wait for the bar steward, who eventually turned up, got us 2 drinks, then quickly disappeared. The waiter service was very poor on our 2nd night, forgetting our bread, appetizers & to light our candle. They too were not friendly. As a light bulb was not working in our room, I fetched one from reception & put it in myself. This is supposed to be a five star hotel. Why do the maids never check if all of the lighting works? All of the lampshades were burnt, due to having the wrong bulbs in them. The restaurant did not open on time, so I sat down, and the arm fell off the chair! The Wi-Fi was patchy, dropping out occasionally. The toilet paper is disgustingly thin and cheap. There was no free water or chocolate or turn down service. We booked a double bed, but got 2 x single beds, made up separately, and pushed together! The sound insulation is very poor. You can hear people walking, moving etc. very clearly.
6,0 Good
Pros: Real nice location, quiet. A real nice comfortable room
Cons: The staff of the hotel, especially the restaurant staff, do not have the skills to attend guests or are not trained how to do this or to take the quest serious Example: the hotel promotes a dinner menu. When you decide to order a menu, it is not possible. The waitress has no excuse for this Furthermore she and her colleague ignored us and other guests. So, we should have ordered more drinks or whatsoever but the staff did not pay attention to it. Just she and her fellow waiter were busy with the quests who orderedthe menu in advance
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Great location for relaxation.
Cons: Wonky room set up if not travelling in group
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The location and tranquility
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The accommodation was very good. The location splendid. The leisure pool was well-appointed.
Cons: The restaurant menu was always the same----both for lunch and for dinner. Although the food was very good, after 3 days of the same, it all became a bit boring. Bar service was normally non-existant, and staff had to found either via reception or by hunting in the restaurant and kitchen area before a drinks order could be placed.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful Spanish hotel in a fabulous location. We had dinner and breakfast and both were better than expected. The spa- pool was very relaxing, towels and caps provided. Our standard room was huge with a double sink, shower and whirlpool bath. The hotel is very impressive and the grounds are beautiful.
Cons: We met three receptionists. One needs a lesson in how to be polite, the two guys were great.

9,0 Excellent
Pros: The location and parking facility was excellent, The room was great as well.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location close to the bus station and Bull Ring, perfect for exploring Antequera. A modern hotel, spacious comfortable room, super comfy bed and we'll equipped bathroom. Recommended.
5,0 Okay
Pros: The room was large and comfortable with nice bathroom. We stayed a total of 10 days and they never changed our sheets. Also not very generous with towels. On average the front desk staff was often grumpy. This is a state owned property so they don't have to be nice I guess. Breakfast was served in a large dining room. It was just average food, eggs were not prepared well and the coffee was terrible. The dinner menu and food was very good.
Cons: The staff could be more helpful. It would have been great if they had an automatic espresso machine as most other hotels do. Coffee is really important to me.
