Cute hotel bad administrated
Location, location, location
Customer service was the worst I didn't even get replacement towels or toilet paper I don't have any other comparison point in the Netherlands but it's the worst hotel I've stayed in Europe
close to flower market
though the radiator was working, it was still cold....
The view from the hotel room and the location. The staff was also extremely helpful.
The curtains did not fit the windows nor did they close properly and too much light was in the room when we trying to sleep which was uncomfortable. The pillows were old and very used although the linen was clean. An extra blanket would also have been welcome in the room as it got a bit cold in the morning.
The hotel is very convenient to the film festival I was attending
Problem with getting proper receipt as is usual from most hotels with details of room and number of nights etc. Also that breakfast now costs extra.
Excellent center location
The location of the hotel was great, very central and also scenic at a canal, perfect for walking around the city and sightseeing. The quality of breakfast was also very good.
I had a single room and it was as small as you can imagine, but anyway I used it only to spend the night.
drinks at hotel room.
The staff was generally cordial and helpful. I was happy to see the hotel provide Internet service.
The room was not ready when I arrived, around noon. The desk was too small and poorly lit. I could not sit at it to write. The bed was too big for the room, leaving too little space to move away from the bed to the door.
The central position.
ready for refurbishment, but that is reflected in the price.
