Pros (+) Great buffet breakfast. Cannot earn any Sofitel/Accor points for incidental expenses if using points for free nights. Accor loyalty program needs to be improved so that points do not expire.
Cons (-) Bedding was too heavy. Had to have the mattress cover removed and the duvet removed so as not to be too hot while sleeping. Room was very quiet.
