Breakfast, which cost $16 pp, included powdered eggs, stale croissants and stale muffins. We opted to get groceries and eat in our room. The room was only cleaned once during a 6 night stay. Dirty glasses were not replaced and the cleaning was not very thorough. We are Diamond Level with Hilton and this is probably one of the worse hotels in the chain that we have stayed at.

Pros (+) Clean room, comfy bed. The cookie.
Cons (-) The restaurant and bar were ridiculous. I've never had worse service. Elevators are SLOW and half of them were broken.

Cons (-) Lady that attended to check in was not friendly at all. It appeared she did not enjoy her job or the service that she was providing to the customers. The cleaning staff was very loud the next morning around 9AM, slamming doors and talking loudly in the hallways. Pillows were very soft and took about 3 of them stacked together to provide any support for neck and head. No refrigerator in room.
