Summary of reviews

Guests say
Many guests were dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, mentioning dirty rooms, unclean bathrooms, and leftover items from previous guests. Parking was another major concern, with complaints about high fees, limited or awkward spaces, and unclear charges. However, several reviewers praised the staff for their friendliness and helpfulness, particularly at the front desk, and some found the location convenient for exploring the city or attending events. While the service and location received positive remarks, the overall experience was often marred by cleanliness and parking issues.

Breakfast, which cost $16 pp, included powdered eggs, stale croissants and stale muffins. We opted to get groceries and eat in our room. The room was only cleaned once during a 6 night stay. Dirty glasses were not replaced and the cleaning was not very thorough. We are Diamond Level with Hilton and this is probably one of the worse hotels in the chain that we have stayed at.

Pros (+) Clean room, comfy bed. The cookie.
Cons (-) The restaurant and bar were ridiculous. I've never had worse service. Elevators are SLOW and half of them were broken.
